I also love the cute animated stickers that accompany each recognition post and that you can link the posts to your company values. Cons Sometimes the values keywords don't work well. Even when you hashtag a value, it registers as another value. Customer service could also be better. The response is often slow and requires follow ups. Then I came across Karma Bot and learnt it syncs up with Slack (which is our #1 means of communication in our organization) and it has been perfect! The employees have been loving giving their colleagues shoutouts and cashing in their Karma rewards for real life rewards. Cons There isn't anything bad I can say at this point about the software.
