It also keeps a database of all our customers info (name, phone, email) Pros What a great product. I have used this for 8+ years and it is so easy to create a customer facing site for customers to book appointments, it syncs up with my calendar, and my rates have hardly gone up since I signed up as they are loyal to their customers and grandfather them in (my pricing was held at what I signed up for even though the price of my plan went up). The customer support is rarely used but when I have needed them they are quick to reply. Cons When setting up multiple calendars things get a little confusing for a first time user. I found I needed to, and still do need to play around with it to act exactly how I want. Pros I really enjoyed using Acuity when I had it. It was easy to integrate into my website since it’s connected to squarespace. The cost was very valuable also and easy for clients to book sessions. Cons I only stopped using it because I also had a CRM that had scheduling and other essentials that I needed all in one place. Pros I liked the low monthly cost and how the software was very user friendly. I also like how you can customize your landing page. Cons I wish client reviews could be showcased on the main website so that potential clients could see my reviews before booking an appointment. I was able to separate my classes, clients, and blocked off times with ease, and integrate it into my own calendar. Pros The ability to customize products, services, and schedules for your business with ease. Payments are quickly processed and easily withdrawn. Cons That it doesn’t offer enough customization for the scheduling interface. It is very simple, but could easily attract more customers with more customization. The system is easy to use for me and my clients. Also it has Secure encryption . That’s most important. Pros My favorite feature is that I can set specific appointment times on my availability calendar such as 10a, 1pm, 3:30p . I love that it’s all inclusive . All the features are included in the plan. I can add forms , deposit requests and payment processing at no additional fee. It was also easy to sync my calendar . I never experienced any bugs or operating issues . Cons I would like to be able to run more detailed reports. I would also like the option for Acuity to market my business for me. Also quicker customer support would be helpful. It requires you to have a Square Space account to use and operate. Pros The ability to schedule appointments within a set of pre-set time options, offering multiple appointment types, customizable question section to assist with appointments Cons Acuity Scheduling is no longer a stand alone product that you can use. It is now inaccessible without a paid square space account. Alternatives considered [Calendly](https://www.capterra.com/p/148036/Calendly/) Reasons for choosing Acuity Scheduling I like that Acuity is the standard within the industry of consultation services. I've booked with other astrologers, tarot readers, business consultants, and most everyone uses Acuity. It is a platform I was familiar with seeing and, therefore, I bet my clients will also have an easier time navigating the service, too.
