"Great for scheduling consulting calls"

**Pros:** It made it easy to book calls for my consulting business. Easy, streamlined set-up with built in reminder. Great value

**Cons:** Reporting was minimal. It made it hard to see a lot of info around KPIs. The embeddable booking widgets were hard to customize.

"Good for specific scheduling scenarios"

**Overall:** Ultimately, I opted of using it because the set up was not simple enough for the scenarios I needed for my business

**Pros:** Once it’s set up, it is very easy for customers to use. It’s possible to integrate into your own website.

**Cons:** When I was using it, there was no customer service to call if you were unsure of how to set up a specific if/then. I had to rely on other customers to figure things out.
