I simply love Acuity Scheduling.

Pros

I work with training and development and every day my students need to participate in my classes. With the help of Acuity Scheduling, students can register for the best day and time, without having to invite them. This is the part that I like most about the system, the possibility of offering people the option of signing up for training.

Cons

The system is very simple and objective, but as an administrator, sometimes it is not so easy to manage it. So, what I like least may be the part of the system design that makes management difficult.

My experience with Acuity Scheduling has been fantastic. In the past, I would have overlaps with bookings and even miss some appointments. If there is one tool I would highly recommend for easy scheduling with clients, it's Acuity Scheduling.

Pros

Acuity Scheduling is so simple to customize and setup, from creating appointment types to the setting up of your own Intake Form Questions. I love the fact that you can easily block off time on your calendar if you are going on holiday or just want a couple of days off. If you have a lot of existing clients, you can simply import them into Acuity, with no problem at all. I have integrated it into my website with no problem at all, now my clients can simply book online with no overlaps or double bookings. Acuity Scheduling is a simple, practical and very effective solution to my scheduling headaches.

Cons

Actually, to be quite honest, there hasn't been anything I didn't like about the software. It's simple, easy to use and most of all cost-effective.

Pros

Easy to use and customize. Great reminders, easy for clients and staff to manage. Helpful tools for meetings as well.

Cons

No cons so far. Wish there were more native CRM integrations like Zoho, as that one is a bit more third-party and does not work as well.

Wonderful. There wasn't anything I would change besides the CRM side of the software.

Pros

I really loved how easy this software was to set up and use. And the very best feature was that when I scheduled with clients they had to fill out the questionnaire before they could book so then I didn't have to worry about following up and not getting the questionnaire before the call.

Cons

I wish there was more of a CRM in this. I would have kept this software and even paid more for it.

Very pleased with my decision.

Pros

It was so easy to set up, I had my menu up and running in less than 30 minutes. If anyone has ever created a blog, or basic web platform they will catch onto this very easily. Super simplistic while still allowing the individual to tweak and modify certain parts to their liking. I was looking at Vagaro but went with Acuity instead because it had slightly cheaper priced options with pretty much all the same options as Vagaro. I had no issues with clients being able to access, book, and confirm appointments. I LOVE the option to charge deposits as it GREATLY reduces wasted time. I look forward to my business and client list to grow using Acuity Scheduling

Cons

A little more esthetic customization would be nice. Being able to add more individual styling (beyond a personal logo) would be nice, but is not needed for efficiency of booking and charging clients. I also do not know if this is a option available for the higher tiered options.

Easy to use and set up.

Pros

Easy to use and set up. Love that I can create separate calendars per each client and give each client separate hours of availability.

Cons

I'm still trying to figure out how to better lay out the calendar home page so I can make it more unique vs just being able to upload a picture or logo. I am not sure if I have to create a design in Canva and then upload it. Overall it is easy to set up all functions of the calendar.

Makes inbound marketing much smoother and more automated Simple and clean, makes conversion rate higher for potential clients booking calls Customisation even on the free version! More features than Calendly

Pros

This tool is probably the most important part of my client acquisition system. I am in digital marketing and I use it for strategy calls with business owners. I run Facebook ads which link to my scheduling page for viewers who want to learn more, and I get a much higher conversion rate than simply asking for their information . Another thing to note is I used to use Calendly but I prefer the layout of Acuity and it has more features.

Cons

If there was a way for people to just choose a day rather than a specific time, I would be using this for my real estate clients for bookings, because when I cannot integrate Acuity with a clients calendar software, giving the option to choose a day and have the real estate agent get back with a preferred time is the second best option.

Good overall in all terms except one big - booking multiple services. Not possible and our customers have complaint a lot due to that. Otherwise this is a good system, but lacking such a crucial thing as ability to book multiple services.

Good in terms of, translation, use paypal for payments, easy embedding to site, multiple uses in terms of connecting to other software.

Cons

I love love love all the integrations!

Pros

Acuity Scheduling was one of the booking software platforms I was testing for my team. There's a LOT of features, and it's very easy to navigate and set up. My favorite thing is that there's group scheduling and a lot of integrations. Various people on my team prefer different ways to be notified when someone books a call with them, and this platform makes it easy to set up.

Cons

It was the most expensive out of the options I was looking at. Overall, it was the best one - with the most flexibility and features. But I didn't make the final choice for software.

Our patients love the capability of schedule a first time visit as well as rescheduling their appointments when necessary. The calendar functions as an in-house planner as well as a scheduler for the employees. Acuity app is easily accessible from any hand held device as well as a desktop computer.

Really, I’ve not experienced a downfall with this app. We’ve really enjoyed using Acuity as our primary source of online scheduling.

I am really enjoying using Acuity and I doubt if I could ever go back to not using it.

Pros

This is the first time I use any scheduling software and I am finding it extremely useful. It allows me and my organisation to have a professional presence and it is so easy and versatile to use. I only used the free trial so far however I am very luck looking forward to my 4 month free upgrade and am sure once I got the edge I need to have a real presence in the market, I know I will never look back and have Acuity a major part of my day to day business solution. Thank you in advance 🙏 I would like to have an option to specify my industry however as I am in the Personal Development Business and could not find that so had to use 'Health, Wellness & Fitness' and would have preferred 'Personal Development and Human Growth'

Cons

I haven't come across anything I didn't like but there seems to have a little glitch on the free trial as one of my clients booked a session that appeared in the booking as another client instead.

With Acuity Scheduling, my clients can book, reschedule, and even cancel appointments within my time limits without having to contact me. Leaving me with more time to focus on other parts of my business.

Pros

Acuity Scheduling has all of the options I want in a booking system. I can have multiple calendars, sync QuickBooks, I can export my client list. I love being able to design confirmation and reminder e-mails. It's so helpful that I can allow customers to reschedule their appointments. Love that I have the option to allow he client to pay now, or pay later as well. Every time I have contacted customer service, I found their representatives helpful, and very friendly. They responded quickly.

Cons

Sometimes navigating the software isn't easy, but now since I have gotten the hang of it, I know where everything is and where to go to change something.

As with most new technology and being all me a novice when it comes to this kind of platform I found acuity to be Extremely easy to use, and that’s good looking, and it wasn’t clunky.

Pros

Fast, easy set up and website integration. Streamlined processes, easy payment options, various appointment types depending on your business and I have a multi platform business which runs anywhere from physical therapy, to online classes and actual events hosted at various locations. Easy to set up and schedule. Helpdesk and tutorials are fabulous. I would also say that using this platform expanded my out reach. Having a professional, organized, calendaring system clearly impressed new clientele as my head count went up at most events when using this program. Did I say it was easy to use? Very! I am not a web designer. Although there are a lot of platforms that make it easy for us all to design webspaces and destinations now there are still some spaces where in a grading a Calendar system and appointment scheduling platform can be tricky. The directions work easy, and seamlessly. I was able to integrate Acuity Into my website in literally, minutes. And... As I was using Google calendar as my booking system I was pleasantly relieved to see that I could integrate that calendar into the scheduling system so as not to double book myself. I really love this platform. I honestly can’t believe I waited so long to jump on an opportunity like this.

Cons

Are there cons? If you are unfamiliar with some of the functionality there are plenty of tutorials and assistance to get you started, including live chat. So you do not need to be a pro. I have no major issues. I had a few small bumps in the road but that was mainly because I didn’t know what I was doing. But as I said helpdesk was instantaneous in response, and There is a library of great information to assist me with my confusion.

I use this for scheduling appointments for clients on a daily basis, and found it easy, simple and effective

Pros

I had been using another program for 6 months and struggled to get it to work as I wanted, after a recommendation I decided to give this a whirl, and within an hour it was set up.. fully functioning and ready to go with everything I had been working hard to set up in the older program! I cannot recommend it enough for simple, easy and highly functional design!

Cons

I found setting up other charging selections harder to set up and not have them visible to all clients.

Ive used some other scheduling apps before and they were very expensive and not as organized as acuity is - I loves how simple yet veryyyy organized and neat Acuity is- This app literallyyy does it all for you !

Pros

I lovvveee how you can set up multiple appointments... How you can send out reminders, confirmations and even an email weeks later to see how the appointment went for your client

Cons

I wish the calendar would show a whole week at a time instead of a day at a time (You can look at the whole month if you wanted to though)

At Apex Investing, we use Acuity to book in our remote setup session which were previously scheduled manually. Instead of having to balance the various time zones/availability, everything is now much smoother and we are able to get more setups complete than before, even emailing out the scheduling link once our customers have purchased the set up as well!

Pros

I love how expansive and customizable this software is. There are so many features that I wouldn't have of ever thought of using/needing that the masterminds at Acuity have incorporated. Being able to customize your offerings, take payments, and have automated emails sent out make this system all encompassing!

Cons

This is honestly a tough question, but I would say just how it can be slightly overwhelming getting started with so many features. But once you get the hang of everything you can see the value in having so many ways to approach your scheduling needs. Additionally I would say having less features available on the app that are on the actual website.

Pros

I have been on Acuity's free trial for under 48 hours and it has utterly demolished the competition. I can say this after only 48 hours because I came in with a long, long shopping list that said competition had persistently failed to fulfill (2-way calendar sync, Google Analytics, handy embeds, ultra-rich, ultra-flexible, yet ultra-user-friendly scheduling options including recurring, and the list goes on). And price! I'm a very small one-man tutoring shop, and $15/month gets me everything I need. I swear, I've been hard-sold so many utterly pathetic or wildly inappropriate products like this, had salespeople tell me it was rational to spend 25% of my revenue on their garbage product, and with Acuity it's like, why would they need to hard-sell you when the product is its own calling card in every respect?

Cons

I keep waiting for the deal-breaking glitch I've been trained to expect, but it keeps failing to turn up.

Overall, Acuity has been a great asset for our business.

Pros

We use Acuity in our gym to allow members to schedule classes and for us to limit sizes of classes and see who is coming. We have loved this program so far and our members do as well. We are able to easily integrate this with out Facebook Business Page which makes it great for our members to use. I would say this is an essential part of our business!

Cons

This is not the most user friendly program. It definitely does take some time to get the hang of, but Acuity does feature a lot of articles that can answer most questions you have.

Pros

It's easy to use. I have several calendars set up with different intake forms for each. It's simple to use and for my team to manage my calendar. It was easy to add the payment option to my consultation calls and times.

Cons

My calendars recently stopped working and had to be reset, I'm not sure of what it was about but it took a few days to get everything back up and running again.
