It streamlined my scheduling process and gave clients a smooth, self service booking experience. Pros You can set availability, buffers, intake forms, and automated reminders, which makes everything feel organized and professional. The automatic confirmations and reminder emails were especially helpful for reducing no shows. Cons The setup can feel a little confusing at first, especially when you’re configuring different appointment types or setting rules around availability. Some of the more advanced features are not immediately intuitive. Cons The interface feels dated compared to newer competitors. Customizing the booking page beyond the basics requires more effort than it should. November 20, 2024 5.0 I have had a fantastic experience with Acuity Scheduling where i have loved all it has had to offer. Acuity Scheduling has eased the pressure of scheduling for meetings by making the whole scheduling process very simple, quick and less attention demanding. With Acuity Scheduling, finding a suitable time for scheduling has become easier than before. Pros Beyond it all has been how easy and straightforward it was to learn how to use Acuity Scheduling to create meeting schedules. I have also had an amazing experience with the task automations that help automatically find the right date and time to schedule for a meeting. Acuity Scheduling also has excellent reminders that ensures that am always on the know about upcoming scheduled meetings. Its activity dashboard provides a clear picture of all my scheduling activities making ot easy to track them. Pros I really enjoyed using Acuity when I had it. It was easy to integrate into my website since it’s connected to squarespace. The cost was very valuable also and easy for clients to book sessions. It is nice to have scheduling software out-of-the-box instead of having to code. Cons Acuity has some clunky UI/UX and lack of features occasionally, and I've had to contact customer support many times to figure out how to do certain things. I have loved my whole experience with Acuity Scheduling and will continue using it. Pros I have loved everything about Acuity Scheduling interface, the way it is setup and how intuitive and user-friendly it is to work with. Acuity Scheduling also allows setting up of automation workflows to automate scheduling making it to take less time and less labour input. With the quick integration with my calendar, am able to see all my calendar activities before scheduling a meeting making it easy to find the perfect time to schedule a new meeting. Even when we tried other software, we always came back to Acuity but it just simply worked. Pros Acuity is a simple and clean piece of software that is straightforward and insightful. It provides enough flexibility to be used in a number of applications. For our sports training business it allowed up to separate appointment types, create custom calendars and send notifications. I really liked that it interacted with our website so clients didnt have to leave our site to book a session. Cons Reporting in acuity is a bit clunky for how we used the software. Instead of going off package pricing, acuity uses per session pricing which makes our revenue numbers look great but they are inaccurate. Additionally there are limited customization options for the booking pages unless you have advanced knowledge of CSS styling. Pros Acuity Scheduling is a great online scheduling system for many industries and verticals. It enables a robust platform that integrates directly with the Squarespace website to make online scheduling, payments, automation, and more possible. Cons Acuity Scheduling is on time-based events, so it's not a solution for multi-day events, industries like hotels, and bed and breakfasts. Acuity data does not transfer into the Squarespace Contacts system either - or sync with the email marketing platform from Squarespace.
