I am on the free plan while becoming familiar with it and expect to upgrade soon. So far I am very happy with the ease of use. I am very excited about how I anticipate it streamlining some administrative functions in my company. Cons Only a 15 day free trial. I don't yet have an IT staff so any new software I choose to implement, I am doing it myself. I set my hours in Acuity, Acuity syncs with my google calendar, and displays any available times to my clients. My client picks a time, pays for the time (paypayl and Acuity are linked), and then Acuity sends my clients a zoom meeting link (Acuity and zoom are linked). Acuity also puts the appointment on my google calendar, which means the time slot disappears from the available times on my website. It has changed how I do business. Pros It integrates with google calendars so I don't over schedule my time. I tend to schedule too many things in a day and Acuity helps me because clients can't schedule if somethings already on my calendar. Cons Nothing. The ability to provide my clients with a subscription for my services is a game changer for my monthly cash flow. Pros I have used other products for scheduling clients and have found Acuity to be the most well rounded for my needs. Cons It did take me a little time to get comfortable with the product. I do not feel that is an issue with Acuity but more my learning curve with technology. Pros I absolutely love this and have been able to easily transition from using it from my salon business to my now coaching business. Easy to set up and I love how I can send individual links for my services. Makes it super easy for my client to book the right service! It’s way easier to take a payment without having to send them to another site after choosing the service. Keeps me organized and alerts my clients when they have upcoming services booked. With a bit of research I was able to get things sorted out for selling group classes online. Cons Because the platform was recently acquired by Squarespace, it seems like I somehow signed up using my Squarespace login which I wanted to keep separate from my Acuity account. I cancelled the "Squarespace Acuity" subscription and I got the "Acuity Acuity" subscription. Still not sure how that happened but one of the buttons on their home page took me to the Acuity Acuity version, so I'm happy! Pros Acuity allows you to customize just about everything under the sun - and even the free version isn't lacking for features! It's been a life changer when it comes to laying out my schedule. With the paid version, it syncs to your Outlook Calendar automatically and blocks people from making appointments during times that you have other events on your calendar! It's basically a computerized personal assistant. It's all very intuitive as well. I've tried other tools, but I find that Acuity scheduling has more powerful features and makes it an all around one stop shop for your business. Pros The online interface is very user friendly, I started creating appointments within minutes. Furthermore, whenever I got stuck I just referred to the FAQs and found my answer immediately. Acuity Scheduling also has great features such as the possibility to include forms and questionnaires in the booking pages and the possibility to emigrate booking buttons to social media accounts such as Facebook and Instagram. It also gives me the possibility to edit, cancel appointments as well as contact my clients easily through email. Finally, I love their app, it's so effective when I'm not around my computer, I can oversee the appointments, representative who attended, who missed and so on. It is simply amazing. It allows us to reach candidates of all walks of life, meet them where they are, and allow us to connect while gathering necessary data that would take much longer if done manually. I love using this with my receptionist because it provides them with the scripting I want and they know exactly when to schedule what type of appointment. Cons It doesn't integrate directly with infusionsoft but that's not actually necessary. I use this for my offline scheduling receptionist. I use another program to schedule my online appointments automatically using the same rules that this does because it integrates very well with my CRM.
