It has made booking appointments much more organized and reduced scheduling conflicts. Once it's set up, it works smoothly. Pros Acuity Scheduling is very easy to use. Clients can book appointments on their own, which saves a lot of back-and-forth emails. The calendar sync works well. Cons Some useful features are only available on the higher-priced plans, and the interface can feel a little overwhelming at first. That's the biggest reason I use Acuity. Pros I like the ease of being able to schedule appointments with clients seamlessly and having these meeting times organized. Cons There really isn't much I don't like about Acuity. I've had an overall great experience and love it with schedule clients. I did not like the lack of versatility, as it did not allow customized automation without using third party tools. Pros The software worked well for the value of my dollar. It was easy to use, and even process payments on. Cons I did not like the workflow. I prefer the Calendly platform or GoDaddy's Booking platform. Also, there was no way to change the workflows without using a tool like Zapier. I really loved the ease of use & the fact that the site is easy to use, It was worth it due to the fact that it was affordable. Pros I love used acuity, Syncing my client contacts at the time was super easy & sufficient. There was minor bugs and issues, The value for my money was worth it Cons i didnt like that it was hard to get in contact with customer support. It was easy to use and schedule a client. We could book clients via the booking link, and clients seemed to enjoy the easiness of it. Cons I did not like the customer service. They either did not respond or took a very long time to respond to an issue our organization had and needed attention for.
