I was completely mis-sold this product for my business and have lost thousands with zero return! Lots of talk and big promises are made about the results that can be achieved; be very wary before investing money in the services that this company offers. I was completely mis-sold their lead funnel product and the results that can (or cannot!) be achieved, by following their guides step by step. It was sold to me as a no-risk investment by their \[sensitive content hidden\]; with a money back guarantee if over 500 visits have been made to the platform with no leads. 599 visits to the funnel I've created and 0 leads later, and they are refusing to honour the refund guarantee made to me in the sales session. I would not recommend using Perspective to generate leads for your small business. Pros Their funnel builder has a very easy to use drag and drop builder. The system is also focused purely on funnel creation, so no extra unneeded fluff if that's what you're after (taking into account the lack of results via their training). Cons The product does not work as it was sold to me and the training and funnel examples do not work as expected. They also offer a money-back guarantee in their sales sessions, but will not honour these sessions. Cons Das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau, preislich könnte Perspective gerade im Agency/Enterprise Bereich noch etwas attraktiver sein, auf der anderen Seite muss ich sagen, dass ich jetzt einen persönlichen Ansprechpartner habe, was ich so auch zu diesem Preis noch nirgendwo bekommen habe. Cons Manchmal dauert das Speichern eines Funnels etwas oder funktioniert in dem Moment nicht. Das passiert aber sehr selten, bisher ist es mir nur ein/zwei Mal passiert, dass ein Funnel in dem Moment nicht gespeichert werden konnte. Cons Perspective macht ein tolles Marketing für seine Produkte. Fürs eigene Marketing ist es aber mehr oder weniger unbrauchbar: Kaum Funktionen, nur begrenzte Designs. Das hat man mit Gutenberg & Co. auch schnell selbst gebaut. Ohne diese exorbitanten Preise.Möchte man dann kündigen, bekommt man auch keine Mail, sondern eine Nachricht von einem Chat-Bot. Aber auch erst beim zweiten Mal. Ich habe bereits vor einem Monat gekündigt. Angeblich sei davon im Log nichts zu sehen. Mal schauen, ob meine zweite Kündigung von gestern dann ankam.Der Support ist “sehr nett”, aber nicht lösungsorientiert und geht schlicht nicht auf die Kritik ein. Absolut NICHT zu empfehlen. Kein Must have. Pros Die Perspective Akademie ist empfehlenswert – auch für Online-Marketing-Experten, die wissen wollen, was hinter den mobilen Funnels steckt. Das Tool ist sehr einfach zu bedienen. Cons Defacto ist Perspective nichts anderes als ein externes mobiles Formular, das an ein paar Bilddatenbanken und Tracking-Tools angeschlossen ist. Das kann besser mit guten CMS-seitigen Formularen wie Gravity Forms lösen, welche nicht nur mobil, sondern auch Desktop gut funktionieren, wesentlich besser mit den Bedingungen umgehen können und keine Einrichtung auf einer separaten oder Subdomain brauchen. Was mich neben dem recht oberflächlichen Funktionsumfang stört, ist die Stabilität: Das Tool ist bei mir während der Anpassung eines Formulars bereits mehrfach abgestürzt.
