"NOt fit for purpose"

**Overall:** We've had HelloWoofy for just over a year , and it really is NOT FIT FOR USE AND NO GOOD!The software is awkward to use, the platform is clunky, and the software just doesn't work properly. My posts were not being published to my wordpress site.My website manager informed me this was because they keep changing their IP address so I would have to make my site less secure to be able to post! Finally when I was able to post, none of the formatting was copied across and the images were not published on my site, allowing you to post really terrible looking posts. The posts are all pretty much repetitions of each other as the AI doesn't generate good varied text.Every email to customer service receives a response usually within a day, meaning lots of to'ing and fro'ing before getting a solution to the issues. It feels like this software is a Beta that they should not have released to the public yet, but they are happy to take your money for them to try and sort out their issues in the meantime.

**Pros:** Good Idea but poorly executed and not fit for purpose

**Cons:** Unable to post to wordpress as IP address kept changing.Formatting of posts to website was terrible.AI doesn't generate varied text.Customer service response by the next day with limited positive outcomes.

"Major Technology Hiccups"

**Overall:** We've given it a year and the blame was solely placed on us. This is an actual quote from the rep, "You’re quitting and giving up for no reason as most of these are user errors of not using the platform properly. It’s fine if you want to quit but with over 10,000 underdog small business owners on our platform we know it works." My response in return, "Admittedly, I was taken back by your brash response to me. In addition to placing the blame on us "user errors" and not taking any ownership for the issues we've encountered. We have reached out multiple times, viewed demo videos, etc. and yet you place the blame solely on us. I've really tried to put myself in your shoes and can imagine the pressure you may be under (as we too are a small business running on a shoestring budget with only a couple of us) BUT your response was unprofessional and unfounded. Now don't get me wrong, we know there is a learning curve and definitely have experienced some "user errors" along the way BUT when you have multiple people having issues with all the things we've gone over with you via email and virtual call - it's best for us to move on. We've given it ample time and it's not working for what we need. It has NOTHING to do with "giving up". It has to do with finding what works best for us and our small business. Guilt shaming isn't a good look on anyone." They never apologized nor responded back after this exchange.

**Pros:** If you just want the basics to schedule posts for a couple of platforms then this is the way to go.

**Cons:** For a year now we've had issue after issue. We've had meetings with the company (never charged or asked to pay) to understand if what we were experiencing was on their end our user error. When you've had four different people experiencing the same issues there's a problem on the end of the company. Social media post after post not being actually posted. AND with no explanation. Passwords are constantly "expired" or "disconnected" when we've never changed them. LinkedIn just disappears. Issues with IG and told they'd be fixed in a week or two. Unable to "tag" creators/authors. Told it supports stories but there are no video tutorials to show how to use this feature.

**Reasons for Choosing Woofy:** The price caught our attention after having researched others BUT the drive of another group of individuals doing something for "small business owners" was appealing. We gave it an entire year. We hung in there with them and now we need to move on. We do wish them well and sincerely hope that what we experienced at the end isn't repeated and is a teachable moment for the company.
