Until I started using mautic, it wasn't easy to track users on websites and better be able to create segmentation campaigns. Adapt forms based on specific fields and mautic takes care of adding or deleting users. Great!

Pros

The fact that it is free and open source is enough to say that it is the best solution. It has the key features of paid tools on the market. I love the website visitor tracking functionality, the forms are great, the advanced segmentation features are breathtaking.

Cons

I would suggest improving functionality in creating capture pages, but I don't think it's very relevant, because what exists works with some dedication and time.

I made the switch after some tests, I noticed that mautic does much more than email marketing. I also use it as a CRM.

Mi experiencia general con Mautic ha sido muy positiva. La plataforma nos ha permitido solucionar problemas relacionados con la eficiencia y efectividad de nuestras campañas de marketing. La capacidad de personalizar flujos de trabajo automatizados para cada cliente y la integración con otras herramientas ha aumentado significativamente nuestro ROI y nos ha permitido mejorar nuestra segmentación de audiencia.

Pros

La funcionalidad de "Automatización de Marketing" es altamente impactante ya que permite la creación de flujos de trabajo automatizados y personalizados para cada cliente, lo cual aumenta la eficiencia y precisión de las campañas de marketing.Aunque Mautic tiene una curva de aprendizaje más elevada que otras herramientas, su interfaz es intuitiva y fácil de utilizar después de haberle dedicado tiempo.La integración con los procesos de la empresa existentes no fue complicada y se pudo realizar sin problemas.

Con Mautic gestiono todas mis campañas de Email Marketing y todos mis contactos. Segmento, automatizo y envío mensajes personalizados a cada uno de mis clientes.

Pros

Las funciones son tanto o más potentes que Active Campaign y una vez configurado no tendrás que pagar ni un €. Es lo que tiene trabajar con código abierto. Fue la mejor decisión que tome hace años.

Cons

El único pero que le pongo es que necesitas un nivel alto de programación, pero hay empresas que te pueden ayudar a instalarlo y una vez hecho el sistema va como un tiro.

Mi experiencia con Mautic es muy buena, aunque cuando me ha tocado actualizar se vuelve un caos.

Pros

Lo que más me gusta de Mautic es que es una herramienta open source autohospedada. Esto es importante en algunos casos por la privacidad de los datos, ya que los datos no se comparten con nadie, solo tus los administras

Cons

Lo único que le encuentro de malo es que cuando es necesario actualizar la herramienta es muy tediosos y en ocasiones da problemas

Mautic automates marketing campaigns and can be easily configured based on the users campaign preference. Its drag and drop feature on landing pages and email campaign designs really helps a non technical user to create one themselves. Overall, it saves a lot of time and can be an asset if features are configured correctly, which is very easy.

Pros

Easy to setup and does not require too much server resources. Powerful and very easy to create automatic campaigns and can be easily integrate with some famous platforms.

Cons

Many 3rd party Add-ons and modules that serves similar purposes but with different prices. Some are expensive, some are cheap, some are free.
