Reporting was very easy and efficient for what it was. Customer service was always quick and helpful and friendly when we needed it. I so appreciated their help with data migration once we switched to a different EHR. **Pros:** Reports were very easy to run and access. It took out a lot of guessing work. I liked that reports showed up on the system itself and you could choose how to save the file. I really specifically liked the program outcomes reports. **Cons:** Having to enter and re-enter things for our clients. Once consent is gathered, you do have the ability to collaborate on clients in partnership with other agencies - but again, it's always driven by client consent, and then agency consent. Micah H. I would definitely recommend. The system fits our organizational needs and has the capability to be customized to keep up with our growing needs. **Pros:** Ease of use. High functionality that meets our organizational needs. EXCELENT customer support and technical assistance team. **Cons:** Moble use on my phone is clunky.
