We are trying to promote a healthy lifestyle by getting our employees active and thinking about their well-being, hoping that it continues after the challenge is over. Overall, the challenges were successful and based on the feedback received, I can say that our employees had a great time participating. Pros I liked how easy it was to use the app and website, as well as the ability to customize it to our brand. There were templates to use that you could edit however you needed, and excellent customer service who could help quickly with questions we had. Explaining how to use this program to our employees was not difficult, and most were able to register, link their devices, and be placed on a team with no issues. My company has used Wellable two times now, and there are still so many other programs to choose from other than the Step Challenge and the Move More Challenge. Cons The only thing about Wellable that caused an issue was syncing data from the device to the app. Some employees did not have their devices sync automatically at the end of the day, and the app/website does not allow you to retrieve that data and receive the points later on. Also, I recommend not having these challenges go on too long because about a week in, you already know who the winner will be, especially if they get the maximum amount of points possible each day - no one else ever has a chance to catch up. Customer service is amazing. Pros The onboarding was amazing and the site is very user friendly. Focus is on over all wellbeing not just fitness. Cons We have had not issues. The help and support of the Wellable team is on point. Pros The software from an employee side of things was very easy to install and use. On the administrative side, the reporting, customer support, and account management were all great. Cons There were some limitations when it came to customizing some of the admin tasks. I would have liked the ability to adjust points if needed (for participants who may have incorrectly input data).
