From the start, the Wellable team has been very welcoming and helpful when things weren't making sense or there was an issue. From using the software as an admin and an employee, it is very user-friendly, sleek, and modern. Wellable is definitely a worthwhile investment for any company that wants to implement new wellness challenges to their employees. Pros The platform is very easy to use, it's very easy to set up, and the challenges are unique! My employees love when a new challenge is announced and can't wait to log in to see a new dashboard. Cons The only issue I have with the software is how it will lag from time to time. It wouldn't prevent me from continuing with Wellable, but there is a noticeable lag at times. I love everything about Wellable, from the appealing interface to the engaging content offered to my staff. They are always prompt to answer any questions and have been able to resolve any issues that have popped up. Pros The platform is easy to use and it fit well within our budget. All of our users, regardless of the type of device were successful in connecting to the platform. Cons Some of our users found that when they synched their information it shorted their step count, this however was not a common experience. Reason for choosing Wellable The cost, ease of use, and customer service were the top reasons for choosing them. The fact that they're a Massachusetts based company (my home state) was a bonus also. Pros Very user friendly which made training my team a breeze. Cons Changes early on with vendors for products (smart devices for tacking activity - steps) presented some issues that did eventually get resolved. Implementation was a breeze and our employees love the fact that they can hook up practically any device. Pros There are a lot of pre-made challenges to easy to continue to keep our employees engaged, but allows customization to make sure the challenge fits our population's needs. Cons They are working on adding an opt out we can send to our employees, but it is not yet in place - however, we want our employees to participate and be reminded of upcoming challenges, so I don't see this as a big take away. I'd highly recommend. Pros I like that the tool is easy to use for our employees. I also love the creativity of the different challenges as it makes doing multiple challenges a year fun! December 11, 2020 5.0 Great - implementation was fast and informative. From there we've been provided so much help in creating the program we're looking for. I can't recommend them enough! Pros I love how incredible user friendly the platform is, both for admin and users. It's so easy to create new monthly challenges, along with updating our internal communication via the prescheduled emails. It's incredibly customizable and allows us to assign values to not just fitness/wellness activities but things like company promoted community service and other activities that focus on our company's core values. Cons I just wish that it was easier to integrate nutrition tracking apps without needing an additional integration. I also wish we could allow users to participate in multiple challenges per month. Reason for choosing Wellable Functionality - Wellable provided us with more customization options that we were looking for as far as adding in points for 'special activities' that we thought aligned with our core values. Pros The account manager handles the challenges and prizes for us, so administratively, this is not an added burden for me. Cons There were server connectivity issues and instead of a proactive approach, we had to notify the support team to be told the system would be down for a few days. Cons We have had a great experience so far, but sometimes it is hard to motivate employees. The client service rep is always coming up with great ideas for challenges. Pros Our organization used Wellable as a tool to help promote fitness and well-being throughout our community during these challenging times. Our "Move More Challenge" encouraged community members to stay physically active and be mindful of important needs such as hydration, relaxation, and nutrition. Wellable provides a number of ways to track points in an easy manner. There are many technological devices that link with Wellable which makes tracking points simple.
