Can recommend this to anyone without a doubt Pros Tyntec is easy to use software. Messaging made easy with Tyntec and it helped growing our company a lot. Their customer support is fabulous, with quick replies and solutions! Cons User interface could be a bit better. CEO Construction Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Adds zero value & Delays account closure to the extreme" May 4, 2026 1.0 We've used tyntec for over 5 years and conclude that they add zero value compared to the alternatives. Pros Sorry, nothing at all. tyntec is so aful that you cannot find or leave reviews via Google Business or TrustPilot :( Cons The worst parts are that whenever Meta interfered with the automated messaging that tyntec had set up, they were unreachable and tyntec did not even try to help us get through to Meta. Secondly, when we finally found a good alternative (Spryng) the tyntec user dashboard offered no way to close our account. Worse, when we called tyntec they said we could only close the account by mailing. And believe it or not, tyntec then demanded that we mail the request on company letterhead with my signature! And 3 business days later, tyntec still hasn't confirmed account closure because supposedly their legal team is reviewing it (there's nothing to review). The only thing we've received so far is yet another invoice. Switched from [Textmagic](https://www.capterra.com/p/147342/TextMagic/) Because our CTO thought it would better.
