After 18 months of daily use across marketing, IT and catalog production teams, Pimalion has become the backbone of our product content operations. It has reduced manual production work by around 30%, improved data completeness above 95% and enabled our teams to collaborate efficiently from a single platform. The ROI is clear and the solution scales well as our catalog grows.

Pros

Pimalion brings together PIM, DAM and multichannel publishing in a single interface — eliminating the need for multiple disconnected tools. The DAM-PIM integration is seamless: images are automatically linked to products and processed for every channel without manual work. The MPT planner and validation workflows have cut our catalog production time dramatically. Our weekly promotional folder went from two days to under two hours. The support team is responsive, knowledgeable and genuinely invested in our success.

Cons

The initial configuration requires a solid understanding of your data models and taxonomy. Onboarding takes time, especially for organizations with complex product structures. The interface, while functional, could benefit from a more modern UX in some modules. A more comprehensive self-service knowledge base would also help new users become autonomous faster.
