Easy to use, good overview for own goals and easy to integrate with organization goals

Cons

You tend to forget to use it if it's not actively promoted by the employer. This makes it harder to unlock the full potential.

Pros

This streamlined our appraisal cycle and has greatly reduced the time required.

Cons

Some small features in regard to overviews were still missing for us. In collaboration with the Treams support department our needs are mostly translated to workable features.

Treams is eenvoudig in gebruik en ondersteund al onze medewerkers bij het op een andere manier focus hebben op ontwikkeling. Ontwikkeling van het individu en ontwikkeling van de organisatie.

Cons

Het zou fijn zijn wanneer je je eigen omgeving nog meer zou kunnen aanpassen/personaliseren. Door titels net een andere naam te kunnen geven bijvoorbeeld.

Een betere klik, bedrijf vergelijkbaar met een dochteronderneming van ons.

There are still some unlogical technical parts in some features.

When manager functions change it is more difficult to change status to another manager for goals and end evaluation.
