Also, all the features in Konnektive are very helpful to get our orders out at shipping. Pros The product is easy to use, and it has different reports and options that are extremely helpful in the type of job we do. It makes it simple to find customers and get all information needed to ship our products Cons It is not a dislike, but I think could be a good idea to make the order numbers to have less characters & avoid the mix of numbers and letters. It is not an issue, but I just think it would be better to have a standard order number (numbers only) to keep track of the orders. We were able to quickly build our integration into Konnektive and our call centers and remote agents. Pros The amount of reporting options are excellent and their are no programming skills are needed to get the data you need. You can get anything you're looking for with just a few clicks. Cons It would be nice to be able to schedule reports to run that are needed each morning. There is no way to automate reports at this time. I have been using it for over 3 years. I would recommend this software. Pros The ease of use after i learned how to navigate it. I don't have to jump from screen to screen. Can do mostly what is needed on the main screen on the customer's account. Cons When trying to issue a refund or RMA, sometimes it does not process. It was a bit confusing when learning how to navigate it.
