Pros The tutors are really good and you can choose between Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced courses. Cons It lacks functionalities like bookmarks in the middle of the video as Udemy has. After using PluralSight in these six months, I can proudly say that I have developed and strengthened my practical IT, Excel, Operating System, etc. skills. Pros I enjoy the ease of use in PluralSight. There seems to be a never-ending array of topics and subjects to learn from. Navigating between them is easy. Cons I slightly dislike that the majority of the learning is visual. I would like some practice exercises and comprehension questions in order to better grasp the knowledge. Again, I would benefit more with more the interactive course. Pros The software offers many tutorials for almost anything you want to learn when it comes to coding. The videos are very easy to listen to and follow. The instructors are highly knowledgeable. The IQ test is beneficial. Cons There are not many interactive courses available. Pros Many course sites exists, Pluralsight have given me relevant paths with engaging skill checks and relevant feedback. That is valuable. Comparatively small courses, but in dept and inside paths they have a larger scope. Cons No real drawbacks. Slightly hard to navigate to my Path until I learned the correct ways in. Pros There are so many session that I want to do on this sight. I don't think I have ever seen a sight this large. I really like the fact that they have SMEs doing these sessions and not just some instructor. I don't know if I can complete all of the sessions I want to take in my lifetime. It's also allowed us to assess where we are as far as technical knowledge and where to focus our training efforts on. Cons The tools for group learning are in their early stage. The use of quizzes and assessments to find out your topic IQ. Every level catered for. Cons No legacy systems covered like RPG IBM language. Lack of interactive courses for specific topics. Some level of overlap.
