The quality of the list cleaning is as good as or better than most other "List Cleaning" software we have used. The results allow us the confidence in our email lists that we are getting into the recipient's inbox rather than their spam folders. I'm impressed by the quick turn around once a list is uploaded. Our rep and his staff are very accommodating and have been able to satisfy most of our requests. Cons Right now they remove files after 15 days. I'd like it to be 30 days.
