It has been great. I will strongly recommend everyone to try it.

Pros

The shipping prices are the lowest compared to other companies. In case of order cancellation, the amount is credited back immediately to the waller=t.

Cons

First-time COD remittance takes a little bit of time.

Tech issues are often not resolved on time, and sometimes the resolution process takes longer than expected .

### "Poor and slow attention and NO PHONE NUMBER to call"

Way too slow response. Only whatsapp and every time you connect with an issue AI system doesnt really recognise you so data has to be repeated constantly. Some issues are solved quicky by PHONE but they dont have a phone number availabe you can call to. If the shipping company doesnt collect on time (or doesn't even show up 10 days after for a PREMIUM deivery) they wash their hands and take no responsability whatsoever, as they are the simple "inetrmediate" persons. The only thing they a e good in is offering their apologies and feeling sorry, but that doesnt solve the problem.

Pros

They have a complete web interface and reasonalbly good pricing fornational and international shipments

Cons

NO PHONE NUMBER to call when problems arise. EXTREMELY slow problem resolution As you pay prom a rechargable purse, when an overweight or oversize issue is charged on your account you have to send proof, and sometimes takes AGES to resolve.

Pros

Shipping carriers and best prices in the same platform. I now have the opportunity to send my products fast and at a great price.

Cons

To apply for a credit is a little bit of a process.

very bad website bugs and service & overall poor finance system. They have wrongly transferred around 1,00,000 to a completely different account but they never accept their mistake (that’s frustrate me the most)

Pros

Only their COD mechanism is good but poorely managed by finance. They have wrongly sent around 1,00,000 to the different account twice.

Cons

From their service to everything. I don’t like giving negative review to companies unless it’s way worse. I have been constantly raising the issue about their software like cancellation & print issue but haven’t resolved it yet. Now their Ecommerce panel is also not working properly. Their service is neither good. They hardly resolve the issues even after providing all the proofs.

Terrible experience so far. As i mentioned there is no one to listen to or talk to you even in case of lost shipments

Pros

Cheap prices and options with some good courier partners

Cons

They don't have a poor customer support. The customer support department is completely absent. you cant raise issues. If you can you will get automated machine replies. NO one replies on the email.

Lamento decir que, aunque en un principio pensé que se trataba de una gran oportunidad, todo resultó ser una decepción. A un mes y medio después del envío, me han aplicado recargos por un supuesto sobrepeso, a pesar de que los paquetes fueron debidamente pesados y medidos. De hecho, suelo declarar un poco más de peso del real precisamente para evitar problemas por posibles diferencias en la calibración de las básculas. Además, el tema de la facturación tampoco es correcto: manejan procedimientos poco claros y difíciles de entender. Sin ir más lejos, una factura correspondiente a este mes fue emitida con una fecha de hace varios años, lo cual genera aún más confusión e incertidumbre. He creado un ticket que cerraron sin solucionarme el problema y no hay nadie con quien puedo hablar. Tengo un telefono de alguien que en algun momento me llamó para decirme que es la persona encargada de nuestras gestiones comerciales y al llamar no contesta y tampoco me responde al WhatsApp.

Pros

En un principio, el servicio parecía ser una opción muy conveniente y económica. Sin embargo, me llevé una gran sorpresa al encontrar un saldo considerablemente negativo, debido a recargos por sobrepeso que fueron aplicados un mes y medio después de haber retirado los paquetes.

Cons

No hay ninguna persona que se haga responsable en caso de presentarse algún problema. Ante cualquier incidencia, la comunicación se realiza únicamente por WhatsApp y solo cuando ellos lo deciden, pudiendo transcurrir semanas antes de recibir una respuesta.

Servicio Lamentable o Inexistente, tenemos mas de un mes y medio con pedidos extraviados y solo nos dicen que es problema de la paquetería. Su chat en línea o whats app no resuelve absolutamente nada. Nos piden enviar correos explicando el caso a un supuesto supervisor y nadie se digno en cotestarlos Si no pueden garantizar la entrega del paquete no deberían ofrecer dicha paquetería / Servicio. El gran perdedor es uno como empresa al confiar en su servicio y capacidad de trabajar, ya que perdemos al cliente, el cual no tiene ni idea donde esta su paquete y tendremos que re embolsar los montos $ extraviados. Después de años trabajando con esta plataforma, tendremos que cancelar las múltiples cuentas que tenemos asociadas con ellos.

Pros

Precios competitivos, buena integración con webs.

Cons

Servicio, Falta de Empatia, Falta de capacidad de resolución de situaciones

Al principio todo perfecto, pero luego, sin consultarme nada, me elevan la tarifa del envío, incumpliendo lo que me dijeron cuando me cambie a envía

Las tarifas que me prometieron al principio pero que me han cambiado con el tiempo sin consulta previa ni comunicación previa

Cons

No cumplen con su palabra, me pusieron una tarifa inicial para que cambiara todos mis envíos con ellos, y una vez dentro, me han subido el precio. No confío en su palabra, me siento engañada

Use el pobox, compré algo en EUA para que les llegara a ellos y me lo reenviarán a mi país, primero fue mandar correos para que disque encuentran el producto en sus bodegas luego de eso me decían que la factura no coincidía con el precio el cual si coincidía, solo dan pretextos de por que no se puede enviar, me intente poner en contacto con ellos mil veces y no resolvieron nada. Luego le tienes que meter dinero a su pagina para pagar el envío, como nunca se pudo hacer el envío por sus pretextos tontos intente que devolvieran el dinero que le metí a su página, obviamente no me contestaron ningún correo. Al final me robaron el dinero que le metí a su página y los paquetes que les llegaron

Pros

Son unos estafadores, su modos operandi es una atención al cliente tan mala para que los des por perdido, pero no creas que por no usar la atención al cliente te va a llegar tu pedido ya que van a poner un pretexto de por que no se puede enviar y te van a traer a largas hasta que te roban totalmente el pedido

Cons

Me tomo la molestia de hacer la reseña por el empute que existan empresa que te puedan estafar tan descaradamente. 100% estafa no lo usen

Todas las agencias de Transporte dan problemas a la larga, pero ENVIA.COM no es seria, no se hacen cargo ni de sus promesas, me han estafado casi MIL EUROS entre el valor del envío, el pago del envío (108€) y luego me reclaman el coste de devolución de lo que han roto.

Pros

No tienen vergüenza, no son serios, Su Responsable, \[contenido sensible oculto\], No da la cara, no contesta las llamadas, no tiene palabra, no tiene vergüenza.

Cons

No volveré a contratarlos, me piden datos para la reclamación por correo y el mismo responsable me dice que ha pasado el plazo de reclamación por chat interno.

Pros

The simplicity of the software, it was very intuitive and easy to set up. Each step was guided and the advanced tools permitted my business to save a lot on man hours.

Not much, loved everything. I cannot say I disliked anything from it.

Malisima. No le encuentro nada bueno y si me tome el tiempo de dar esta resena, es por que otros no pasen por lo mismo.

Pros

Nada, no es intuitiva y no tiene un minimo de funcionalidades que marchen sin dar error o crearte problemas.

Cons

Plataforma que no funciona. No se agendan las recolecciones con las paqueterias. No hay opcion de agendar manual, tienes que pasar por el vendedor, que mas te estorba que ayudarte. Servicio al cliente cero. Al abrir un reclamo no existe ninguna confirmacion de recibido por correo, ni actualizaciones o cualquier comunicacion por correo. Te hacen perder dinero y tiempo.

Horrible

Pros

I just liked it when they sold me the idea but it was just about good marketing, nothing to do with reality

Cons

I paid for a 2 day shipping (which means they made me pay more), and it is 5 days delayed. Also, instructions are not well given, they NEVER stated that if I did not hand the product invoice at the pickup, the shipping company wouldn't take it, so I lost an extra day.
