HORRIBLE - product issues and little to no assitance. Basic inquiries and setups take weeks to months.

Pros

Nothing. It rarely works properly, constantly errors. No customer support when there are NUMEROUS issues. Even the \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] is unresponsive and unaccessible. WORST! STAY AWAY!

Cons

That's an easy one -- all of it. I liked all of it the least.

Pros

Nothing. This is the most unhelpful product from a user perspective.

Cons

Vague regarding payments (no dates). Suspicious portal- definitely feels like I’m getting phished every time I use it. The amount owed populates on a random day. It feels like I’m doing a lot of checking in and management to submit my payment through this software.
