5/5 - But honestly two point deduction for lack of real person communication.

Pros

I absolutely love this system. It has cut down on no shows so significantly. It has allowed my staff to better use their time with patients confirming via text or email. Efficiency has been greatly improved. I highly recommend this service to anyone.

Cons

I absolutely hate that I can't call and speak to someone when I need help or have an issue. Creating tickets and the lack of real person conversations has me considering switching confirmation systems. As much as I love this system I truly hate that aspect of it.

Pros

We started using Intiveo in 2020 during the pandemic when we needed to communicate with our patients via text. We then discovered all the great things about Intiveo. We love the confirmations with the direct link to our online registration. We also love how easily we can communicate with our patients. A few times, we have needed to change our messaging, which is also very easy to switch on your own. The customer service is incredible, and they take care of issues that may arise quickly!

Cons

We haven't had any issues with the product.

People are pleasant but sometimes responses to tickets don't match the question.

Pros

It is like having a virtual receptionist. Saves so much time on phone calls and checking emails or wellness questions.

Cons

It has no real least likes but lately has had some issues with reminding patients of an old appointment rather than the rescheduled one.

Great experience, very helpful and easy to use.

Pros

Software is easy to navigate through and syncs to our system saving us the work of having to manually confirm our patients. Customer support is of great help and staff have always provided us with exceptional service and positive attitude.

Cons

The only issues we came across where the reminders sent on Friday for Monday appointments would say "Your appointment tomorrow" which confused a few patients.

Pros

Love the text to patient ease of use. Our patients love being able to text information like insurance info and other questions. It helps not eat up time being able to multitask instead of being on the phone.

We no longer spends hours confirming patients. Patients love the extra reminders!

Pros

I loved the customization of the software to meet our practice's needs. We run a very detailed show and are happy to have a program that meets our specs! Support was always very friendly, patient, and responsive--talking about you, \[sensitive content hidden\] from Canada!!

Cons

Onboarding was a little confusing. The platform isn't very user friendly to someone just starting off.

Patients love Easy Markit reminders. They can easily access their messages and reference the time without having to phone the office. The customer support is top notch, and I love the ability to customize all the message features.

Pros

I love that my time during the day is not spent on the phone confirming appointment times. I am able to give our patients in the clinic my full attention.

Cons

Our office management system is a bit low tech so doesn't sync totally with Easy Markit's Features.

Pros

Intiveo is easy to use and we love the 2 way chat option. Appointment reminders work very well and since we use intiveo the productivity of our front desk and the appointment confirmations have improved a lot. Customer service is outstanding. Overall a great product.

Cons

I wish it was more flexible and allowed to disconnect certain features from the appointments when needed. Example, Surveys should be possible to send to a database or individually chosen clients. Forcing these applications to be functional only by linking to appointment types limits the use because one size does not necessarily fits all. The forms add on should be part of the package instead of having an extra cost. Intiveo is a great application but is expensive so charging extra for each new feature that comes up makes it less attractive to use and we decide to keep what we have instead of moving all the process with intiveo. It is a nice option but not that much to pay extra for it.

Pros

I cannot imagine working without Intiveo. It saves me so much time. I used to have to call or email every patient to get confirmation. I never knew if my messages were heard or read. It is also great that there is an evidence trail that shows when notices were sent and times for appointments. Patients can no longer deny they were never informed. I like that I am able to test patients as well as not all people are able to answer their phone right away. It is easy to send a message and have them respond when convenient.

Cons

I think it could have a better user manual. I do not like the video format. Some of the written explanations I have received for problem solving have been a little too wordy. It feels like it was written by someone with a lot of computer code language wrote it. I would prefer short and to the point.

Pros

Intiveo takes the headache out of routine reminders for patient appointments. It even remembers when/what we forget sometimes! There may be other vendors offering similar services, but the Intiveo support system and team is exceptional and makes it easy to submit and track requests.

Cons

As I long-term user of the service, it would be appreciated to get new features included in the monthly subscription fee instead of having to pay for add-ons when our maintenance costs should technically be reducing over time.

Reason for choosing Intiveo

At the time we implemented it, our Practice Management Software (ClearDent) did not include appointment management services and patient communications.

Pros

Integration with our booking software has really streamlined booking and contacting patients. What makes the biggest difference is that patients will actually engage with the messages. There are always patients who never respond to calls or emails, and giving them the messaging option means far more patients are actively being taken care of.

Cons

While Intiveo connects well to our patient files, and will note when the software has sent a reminder, it would be beneficial if Intiveo noted in the patients file the messages sent between the office and the patient.

Wonderful! Any changes that we have needed to make were seamless. Great Customer service!

Pros

Intiveo is easy to use, and works great for the needs of our practice!

Cons

We still use Nexhealth (formely Enlive) because we use a fillable PDF for one of the doctors. We will continue to use them for forms until Intiveo can do a fillable PDF form.

Reason for choosing Intiveo

The way in which reviews are asked. "Did you leave with a smile" if yes then a link is sent. If no, then we are alerted.

We are able to collect our surgery deposits, message patients about missed appointments, message multiple patients for a last minute cancellation, and so much more!

Pros

Intiveo integration was fast and easy. Their support department is always available and so helpful. Our patients love having the ability to text us and complete their forms online.

Cons

I wish patients could text photos to the intiveo platform. I also wish there was a more print friendly version of the forms.

Overall it has been good, and customer service has been great. I just would like more online booking features.

Pros

Its easy to use and has great integrations with our Patient system, loads apts automatically and also allows to update notes to the system.

Cons

It doesnt have an online apt booking system that integrates with Dentrix

Accessing from mobile, and the ability to text/email/phone right from their appt in the calendar would be great when there is a snow day and we need to cancel without being able to access our comps at the clinic

Easy reminder system for patient appointment confirmation. Patients love the easy reminders .

Pros

Patients can text us using our regular telephone number. Appointment reminders were set up to the configurations/frequency that we wanted. Patient mass mailers can be done very easily and quickly to communicate a message . Set up feed back survey to see how we are doing at all times .

Cons

Priority list maintenance would need to be more detailed . Automated .Forms completed by patients to be done on a smart phone .
