" **Overall:** Overall my experience has been good, but I wish the reports and analytics were more user friendly. My boss often asks me for specific info and eventually I can get what he needs but it takes much longer than it should **Pros:** Trinet makes payroll seamless and really helps with our employee management. It's nice to have everything in one place **Cons:** The reports are often very confusing to filter, especially if I'm in a hurry. They have been instrumental in helping our small business streamline its HR and administrative processes. The services provided, particularly the legal and insurance benefits, have proven invaluable and have positively transformed how we manage our workforce. **Pros:** Exceptional HR and Legal Support: The most significant benefit for our small business has been the access to legal professionals for HR issues. This has saved us considerable money and provided peace of mind, allowing us to manage complex situations with confidence. Enhanced Employee Benefits: TriNet enabled us to offer a level of comprehensive insurance to our employees that we would not have been able to secure on our own, which has been a huge boost to our recruitment and retention efforts. The Payroll process has been a timesaver too! **Cons:** The weakest aspect of the service for us is the job posting and applicant tracking portion. Specifically, the initial setup for managing the flow of incoming resumes proved to be overwhelming and not very intuitive for a new user.
