Pros

Gosto muito da plataforma para gerenciar PDI (Processo de desenvolvimento individual) além de poder colocar metas paras os funcionários ajuda muito no processo de desenvolvimento da carreira.

Cons

Gerenciamento do time para realizar avaliação anual, muito fácil e muito configurável para cada empresa

Hoje estou com eles porque ainda não achei nada melhor em relação a ter mais funcionalidades em um único lugar, mas se eu achasse não pensaria duas vezes, porque o atendimetno é muito informal e difícil.

Pros

Ajuda no controle dos OKRs bem, se o PDI funcionar como deve será uma boa ferramenta, o learning rocks é bom também para criarmos onboarding e treinaemntos especifícos.

Cons

Pós venda ruim; PDI não parece ser um produto que eles tem expertise, não conseguem resolver um problema básico, suporte só via chat e email, demoram demais e não resolvem. Feedback muito básico, poderia entregar mais. Como administrador penso que as informações deveriam vir de forma mais clara para melhor gestão.

In general, the platform delivered well the processes of our performance evaluation cycle, such as the evaluation, feedback and Individual Development Plan modules.However, given the difficulty of adapting the platform, it seems that Qulture was built for smaller companies.

Pros

Qulture Rocks is an easy-to-use platform. Not just for administrators, but also for users.Our company uses an user integration, where the platform's user data is updated daily, inactivating those who have been terminated and creating new users for those recently hired.

Cons

When hiring, we were told that it would be possible to adapt our goals model to Qulture's OKRs module.Unfortunately, the platform has major limitations for customizing simple processes in this module.Furthermore, the acquisition of Qulture by UOL EdTech hampered some of their internal processes, specially the communication with the account manager and with any sector that we needed to contact to resolve a problem.

RankMyApp's journey with Qulture.Rocks has been incredibly rewarding and transformative. From the moment we decided to implement Qulture Rocks, it became evident that this was a game-changer for our People and Culture processes and overall workplace culture.

Pros

The performance review can be customized to fit the organization's specific needs and workflows. Employees can receive input from peers, managers, and subordinates. This can lead to a more comprehensive view of an employee's performance and we can register feedbacks and have our 1on1s tracked documented there.

Cons

Getting all employees and managers to effectively use the platform require training and change management efforts.While customization is one of the pros, certain features have limitations in terms of tailoring the software to our specific needs but the Qulture Rocks team are very open trying to attend our needs.
