Die super einfache Benutzung und Benutzerfreundlichkeit sowohl für Kunden wie auch für mich. Ebenfalls ist der Support immer gewährleistet und bemüht sich Probleme zu beheben.

Cons

Keine Fixen Termine einpflegbar (z.B. immer 08.00h / 10.00h / 14.00h / 16.00h) => oder ich habe diese Funktion noch nicht gefunden. Das leider die Termine immer noch in alle verbundenen Kalender übernommen werden.

Hauptsächlich überzeugt die Stabilität (bislang noch keine Serverausfälle) - Wenn man sich "reingearbeitet" hat, die zahlreichen Möglichkeiten für ziemlich alle Branchen zu individualisieren.

Pros

Die recht vielfältigen Möglichkeiten und Stabilität.

Cons

Trotz gutem (schriftlichen) Support und ausführlicher Hilfefunktion teilweise doch etwas tricky beim einrichten, da mit zahlreichen "Fachausdrücken", die IT-Laien nicht geläufig sind

Junges, flexibles und talentiertes Team hinter dem Produkt mit entsprechend hoher Schweizer Qualitätsanspruch ;-)

Pros

Produkt: Calenso läuft extrem stabil und einwandfrei, ist sehr vielfältig einsetzbar, hohe Integrationsfähigkeit mit vielen externen Produkten / Kalendern. Darüber hinaus ist Calenso extrem individualisierbar durch die individuellen Benutzerfragen und Antwortmöglichkeiten. Mittlerweile ein fester Bestandteil unserer Operations. Team: Sehr kompeten und responsive. Haben ohne Mehrkosten extra eine Schnittstelle für uns geschrieben und sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben. Kann Calenso wirklich nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen!! Weiter so.

Cons

Mir fällt dazu gerade nichts ein. Aktuell sind wir vollumfänglich mit dem Produkt zufrieden.

Wir benutzen den Kalender am meisten. Termine buchen! Alle Klienten von uns, alle Ressourcen werden von uns erfasst und so ist das Handling dann super einfach. Ich kann von überall her auf das Programm zugreifen und das hilft mir, flexibel damit zu arbeiten.

Pros

Die Software ist einfach zu installieren, wenn man bereits etwas Programm- oder PC Erfahrung hat, leichter sich zurecht zu finden. Und am besten finde ich einfach, dass der Kundentermin, den ich im Kalender eintrage, gleich auch beim Kunden selbst bestätigt wird. Andererseits finde ich es auch gut, dass ich alle Ressourcen erfassen kann und diese für intern oder extern sichtbar stellen kann.

Cons

Am Anfang musste ich mich, obwohl ich nicht ein unbeschriebener PC Anwender bin, schon ziemlich eindenken und zurechtfinden. Der Support von Calenso war sehr gut und bald - mit Geduld zwar und Ausprobieren - konnte ich Features super gut für unsere Firma anwenden. Es lohnt sich, sich etwas tiefer einzudenken und reinzuarbeiten.

Ich finde das Preis-Leistungsangebot sehr gut und dass es sich in das Buchhaltungsprogramm Bexio einbinden lässt. Das waren ausschlaggebende Punkte.

Seit ich Calenso eingerichtet habe, habe ich mehr Klienten und meine Termine noch besser im Griff. Die automatischen eMails und SMS vermitteln den Klienten mehr Sicherheit, Professionalität und Wertschätzung.

Pros

Einfache Nutzung für mich aber auch für meine Klientel. Die Einbindung in meine Webseite, Sanasearch etc. ist unkompliziert und möglich. Die Erinnerungsfunktion und das einfache und unkomplizierte Buchen eines Termins wird von meinen Klienten sehr geschätzt.

Cons

Dass die SMS-Funktion nun separat und an einem anderen Anbieter bezahlt werden muss.

Da ich bei Healthapp alle Rechnungen abwickle etc. und diese das Einbinden von Calenso empfahlen, kam für mich nichts anderes in Frage.

Pros

Die Funktionalität ist in Bezug auf Umfang und Qualität ist top. Auch die Bedienbarkeit und Integrierbarkeit gefallen mir gut. Von Kundinnen und Kunden haben wir ebenfalls sehr positive Rückmeldungen erhalten.

Cons

Das Preismodell ist gerade für kleine Unternehmen recht unflexibel. Wir haben z. B. 2 User, die das Tool häufiger nutzen können (aufgrund der Tätigkeit) und 2, die es nur sehr selten brauchen. Durch die Sprünge im Preismodell bei 3 und 5 Usern wird das für 4 User mit dem Whitelabel-Preis recht schnell recht teuer. Hier würde ich mir ein flexibleres Preismodell wünschen.

Ich bin wirklich begeistert von dem Produkt und freue mich sehr, hier einen sehr guten Anbieter gefunden zu haben, der dsgvo-konform ist. Zudem ist der Support wirklich außergewöhnlich schnell & gut.

Pros

Das Produkt ist intuitiv & ansprechend gestaltet. Ich habe die Möglichkeit verschiedene Produkte anzulegen und diverse Fragen für meine buchende Personen einzubinden, so dass ich mich optimal auf den Termin vorbereiten kann. Ich habe das Tool an meinen Kalender gebunden & es erspart mir jede Menge Zeit.

Cons

Es wäre super, wenn künftig auch die Zeitzonen abgebildet werden können, aber ich weiß, dass sie technisch eine größere Herausforderung ist.

Ich kenne Calenso dank eurer Freibuchungen nun schon fast 2 Jahre & mag das Tool sehr. Ich kann verschiedene Produkte anlegen & Fragen beifügen. Die Integration in den Kalender funktioniert beidseitig. Das Tool ist DSGVO-Konform (für mich als Datenschutzbeauftragte sehr wichtig). Der Service ist außergewöhnlich gut.
