Pros It is incredible how well designed this application is, it makes remote work dynamic, efficient and collaborative. In addition, its compatibility with various tools such as Docs makes it almost perfect. Cons Somewhat expensive, it is worth it if it is a large business but for a small business or for school use it can be an excessive expense. It is so easy to use and the video/audio chat have great quality. They are as good as Zoom.us. You can see which apps your team is working in, and join them with one click. It also has more than 40 integrations, we use it with notion and Google Docs. Pros I love that It is so easy to instantly connect to team members via video or audio chat. Cons It is a bit pricey, $10 for each user, if you have a serious business go for it. It is definitely going to increase your team productivity by a big margin. Switched from [Zoom Workplace](https://www.capterra.com/p/144037/Zoom-Video-Conferencing/) With Tandem, you can see who is online and what they are doing, it is great to preserve the workflow of your team and not interrupt them when they are doing something important. It is easy to use, very intuitive, and collaborative. Pros • it is an easy-to-use software for anyone who needs to be connected with the work team all day or anytime.• it lets you see who is online and which groups of people are talking to each other.• what I like most about Tandem Chat is being able to share the screen in an interactive way, so the person who's watching can interact on my screen. Cons I used Tandem in its free version and from a zero cost, it turned into an expensive software since it has almost the same features that other platforms offer for free Alternatives considered [Discord](https://www.capterra.com/p/240238/Discord/) Reason for choosing Tandem for its interactive interface, but when it started being charged, we changed to Discord and we really liked it! For a research project I used Tandem Chat with my students and I just noticed how hard it was to come together with your team online. Tandem Chat allows me to be constantly in contact without hassle. Its UI is beautiful and it is so easy to use. I personally think Tandem will and should replace the pre-age conferencing programs that fail to meet the newly emerging demands. Cons Pricing is computed by user which is a bit problematic thinking of students. But beta version helps in this case.
