There is a great variety of connections that are easy to use and the dashboards and reports have stylish standard looks but also the option to customize them however you wish. Pros Easy to use dashboards and channel connections. The support is also available and helpful. Cons I've been a user for a long time and in early stages there were some minor bugs but those have been fixed a long time ago. The biggest concern has been missing channel connections but they have actively added more connections. Very bad and very expensive for what it is. Full of bugs. You create a project, it's deleted without any reason. They say they have features and, in fact, those feature doesn't work. Really a great choice, at first I was a bit frustrated with some issues in the widgets, but they are getting better every month. Pros Easy to use, to scale, great for an agency like mine. Cons Some integrations are missing or don't work well, like the one with jetpack stats, or linkedin. Also now and then I have issues and the support is kind of slow. Cons After they move Oviond to version 2 they removed some very useful function. I tried to contact the support for asking them about that. It was the first time after 1 year of use that I wrote to them. After a few weeks, no answer. I wrote again, after a few weeks, nothing too. Oviond offered a much nicer result to show our clients, and supports the main platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. Pros The widgets are pretty and useful, we can white label the interface for our customers and they can also download PDF version of reports. Dashboards are very easy to create. Cons Their newest version has some bugs (for example on PDF creation), and there are some parameters or filters not available to show.
