IC 360 has helped our daycare in numerous ways and will help even further as we franchise. Franchisees will be able to do their franchise training but also train their own teachers and staff on our policies, etc. Having everything under one umbrella that is use friendly makes everything more efficient and effective.

Pros

IC 360 is easy to use. It is user friendly and helps keep training segments organized and neat. The ability to track a staff member's training is also a huge help. The support team is always available to answer any questions which is a huge plus!

Cons

IC 360 does have a bit of a learning curve, like most products/software does when first learning how to navigate them. Once we've had practice and with the help of the support team, it has become much easier to use.
