We used CultureMonkey to run employee engagement surveys during a post-merger transition. By combining our engagement drivers with CultureMonkey’s research-backed questions, we gained valuable insights into employee sentiment, helping leadership move from assumptions to actionable employee feedback.

Pros

•Support from CultureMonkey: The CultureMonkey team has been outstanding - always responsive, patient, and proactive, even with the time difference. They worked closely with us to tailor their solution to our unique engagement framework, making the experience feel customized rather than generic. •Product and Team Excellence: The portal is robust and user-friendly, but what sets CultureMonkey apart is the team behind it. Their quick responses and proactive problem-solving, especially when we faced issues with manager scores, made all the difference. Their support has been remarkable.

Cons

There weren't any cons to speak of in our experience with CultureMonkey. Their service, helpfulness, timeliness, and courteousness was exceptional.
