That’s rare these days. Pros It was the first and only integration app that made our integration from ClickUp with Outlook work. It was as simple as that – it took me 5 minutes and some help, but we got it up and running quickly and it’s dummy-proof ;) Cons I think they can improve the log content view (when processing errors, maybe to have a more user-friendly UI to display the processed data so we can easily understand what data is flowing back and forth). Work wonders in integrating applications to automate the processes and to perform various tasks Cons The step by step tutorials are good, but if we can have also detailed videos in an easy to understand fashion that would be great. They make plug-and-play 2 Way Sync possible!!" April 19, 2023 5.0 Pros Setting up 2 Way Sync in Make.com can be a difficult task with many potential pitfalls, requiring some level of skill to accomplish. However, with zzBots, this process becomes much simpler. With this product, there's no need for any specialized knowledge - simply Plug-and-Play. The platform works seamlessly, and I was able to create a ClickUp Outlook 2 Way Sync with ease. Cons The UI/UX can be a little confusing at times. But that is not a big problem, because you don't have to work with it as much as Make.com or Zapier. The best customer service i have seen from app companies. " June 6, 2025 5.0 Dependable software, Excellent customer service that responds quickly and directly. Fortunately, you do not have to use customer service often. But it is nice to know I can reach a human being when I need help instead of some convo bot. Pros It helps me get the most from Asana and Outlook. I dont know if I would be able to use Asan effectively without this app. Also, Their customer service is excellent. They have helped me get the most from the app. Cons It takes time to get it configured to do everything you want. I configured it and for a while would run into additional adjustments that were needed. Most of those changes were due to things that I did not consider when I started using it. I was working on creating an integration with Google Sheets & Airtable, and needed to create new records in Airtable by new columns created in Google Sheets. This is non-existent across all the major integration companies (Zapier, Automate.io, etc), and zzBots literally built the feature into their system in less than a week! \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] from zzBots had me screenshare and walk through the process, and even explained some of the logic to me, which was very educational and helpful. zzBots FTW! Pros It's rope-like interface is easy to understand Cons There are a lot of parameters that you can change, which is great!
