Mi ha permesso di risolvere il problema delle note sui candidati, con aggiornamenti immediati e continui, inoltre, trovo molto comoda la valutazione con un voto sintetico ma efficace. Anche lo screening è interessante, perchè completo, con valutazioni da menù a tendina e giudizio a testo libero.

Pros

La facilità di "legare" i candidati con i progetti, la facilità di inserire gli annunci su più portali, la ricerca avanzata, la ricerca rilevanza.

Cons

Il time-out, si tratta di una funzione che considero inutile, io la eliminerei

L'esperienza complessiva è positiva: ritengo sia uno strumento indispensabile per l'attività quotidiana ed è anche un ottimo strumento per tenere lo storico di tutti i candidati profilati.

Pros

Del software apprezzo principalmente il fatto che sia intuitivo, facile da usare. Molto utile per la nostra attività anche il data room che dà la possibilità di una view immediata sull'andamento/pipeline della selezione.

Cons

Forse l'interfccia grafica si potrebbe migliorare, potrebbe essere più lineare e "pulita".

Pros

Performa Recruit si è rivelato la scelta ottimale per l'azienda. Ha una grafica semplice e di facile utilizzo. Ci permette di gestire con discreta facilità un database di 200.000 cv, risultando molto versatile e adattabile alle esigenze dell'azienda. L'assistenza e il personale è sempre stato pronto a gestire difficoltà e richieste particolari: abbiamo trovato in Performa Recruit un ottimo partner con cui collaborare in ottica di crescita aziendale.

Cons

Alcuni campi o sezioni risultano rigide e ridondanti ma siamo in attesa della nuova versione che dovrebbe porvi rimedio.

Con Performa Recruit abbiamo voltato pagina in Azienda nella gestione del processo di Recruiting e on boarding del personale.

Pros

Questo software è molto efficiente, semplice nell'utilizzo e di grandissimo supporto nel lavoro di tutti i giorni. Consente di gestire, almeno nel nostro caso, la ricezione di circa 10.000 CV, per ciascun recruiter, all'anno e ci supporta incredibilmente nella gestione del processo di recruiting. Ci ha consentito di gestire ed inserire in Azienda oltre 200 nuovi colleghi negli ultimi 3 anni.

Cons

Non ci sono grossi inconvenienti. Sicuramente tutto si può migliorare ma, una volta che si inizia ad usare, ci si trova subito a proprio agio.
