It's great. I've advised some of my clients to adopt the solution to integrate the channels and all the times we achieved our goals of improvement.

Pros

The tool allows you to integrate most of your channels to serve your customers: WhatsApp, Messenger, Chatbot and email. It's great to control your productivity and evaluate your overall quality.

Cons

The tutorials should be improved to be more intuitive and help you in the setup stage. When you interact with a Rep everything flows better.
