My overall experience with TimeTrakGO has been excellent. The technology performs reliably, and the service and sales teams have been extremely helpful throughout the process. It's a great company that delivers on simplicity and support.

Pros

Cons

One suggestion for improvement would be to integrate an employee timesheet certification or approval mechanism, allowing employees to digitally sign off on timesheets for added compliance and accuracy.

Overall the experience has made my job easier in being able to handle employees time for payroll and allowing them a simple log in and log out system to capture their time.

Pros

Very user friendly for the employees to log in and out. All the administrator aspects are very easy to use for payroll.

Cons

The only con I feel like is the employee can't see their previous days total time on their terminal.

App worked well when I used it for 1 year.

Cons

I used it one year, and was charged two more years on auto renewal without an email or info letting me know that they were doing so. Shitty integrity.

Pros

Easy to set up. The chat feature is manned by real people who write back quickly with screenshots and specifics on how to do anything you might be stuck on.

Cons

PTO and Sick time set up was a bit confusing. I needed alot of help to get it set to a normal place, luckily the chat team made it easy to find what I needed to change to make it work.

I DON'T LIKE THAT IT DOES NOT TAKE THE 10 MINUTE BREAKS AS A PAID BREAK AND I HAVE TO MANUALLY ADD IT. I WOULD LIKE TO GET A NOTIFICATION WHEN ONE OF THE EMPLOYEE'S TIME CARD DOESN'T HAVE THE PROPER CLOCK IN TIME, SOMETIMES BECAUSE THERE IS A GLITCH ON THE SYSTEM AN EMPLOYEE HAS TO CLOCK IN MULTIPLE TIMES.

### "Easy, simple timekeeping"

Pros

We transitioned easily from a punch time clock to TimeTrakGO and have been using it for several years. We like the intuitive layout, simple graphics and very reasonable legacy cost we've enjoyed. Full disclosure, our needs are basic, so we can't speak about all of the features. The controls work well for keeping our hourly employees in their lane, while providing supervisors transparency into their staff's time patterns. Highly recommend!

Cons

One of our employees is on the road to multiple locations daily. We require him to log his stops as he travels, to track his miles and times at each stop. Without a place for notes by the employees, though, we can't use TimeTrakGO for his timekeeping. A simple spreadsheet-like interface with space for multiple in/out punches and room for related notes would be great.

Overall, TimeTrakGo is well-designed and has great potential. However, the system should be smart enough to ignore accidental double-taps or merge them so that the following work hours are calculated properly. If this calculation bug is fixed, it would be a much more reliable tool for daily use.

Pros

TimeTrakGo interface is very clean and professional. It allows me to check my shift status and work hours at a glance, which is very convenient. I also appreciate the direct customer service feature that allows users to report issues immediately.

Cons

If I accidentally "Clock In" twice—for example, when returning from a break—the system fails to calculate the subsequent work hours correctly. Although the data is saved, the time between that double-entry and the final "Clock Out" is not recognized as valid work hours. This leads to inaccurate payroll records and requires manual corrections every time a simple double-tap occurs.

Pros

Simple method of tracking time for employees and PTO. Employee time off requests come through with no issues. It is easy to edit time entries.

Cons

Tracking exact PTO accrual can be a bit difficult if not going by year to year basis. Employees have issues with the mobile app from time to time

I'm old school I use to have to add the hours up. I love you g=have a total for me and a break down

Cons

The vacation hour tab did not work for me. I wanted the employees to see what was use so they did not have to ask. I also could not get it to work well for me the first payroll had hour used from the prior year and it would not revert that time back for me. I want out of that program its just easier for me to keep track.

Experience has been very positive. Upgrading from our previous version was a no-brainer. Very user friendly. Speed is great.

Pros

I like not having physical time clocks and our employees can clock in and out on their phones from job site. No more I lost or forgot my key fob.

Cons

Don't like that when their is an update to the phone app it doesn't tell you. The screen just goes white and employees panic. I wish the scheduling was more customizable by location and employee.

Overall it's been positive with very few surprises. Very intuitive for both Admin configurations & employee use.

Pros

Cost effective! PTO tracking! Plus - quick & easy to setup & use across multiple locations & devices.

Cons

We offer paid breaks up to a certain amount of time & have to go back in and add these manually for each employee. We're hoping for a feature soon that accomodates these paid breaks so we can automate this process.

Fair enough, but there is a learning curve, so onboarding is necessary. Overall, though, it isn't a bad product

Pros

The cost, and once you are familar quth thr problem it is easy to use. The multiple ways to track time are useful.

Cons

You pay for each user, even for the administrator who doesnt track time,so that is a hidden cost that really makes no sense since they don't track time. The admin should be included in the monthly fee. The payroll integration is also problematic.

Overall signing up was easy. Onboarding was also a breeze. The price is great for what the software can do. My only wish is for somewhere for the team to add notes.

Pros

Simple to use, easy to install the app on phones. Billing makes sense and the competitive price. Overall a good product.

Cons

Nowhere for staff to leave notes within the system for missed punches. This creates some inefficiencies that I wish could be improved. I am hoping this note feature will be added. It would shave time off the weekly time card audit task.

Our experience with TimeTrakGo has been excellent. It’s a straightforward, user-friendly time tracking solution that makes managing employee hours simple and efficient. Setup was quick, and our team had no trouble adapting to it. The system is reliable, and we’ve had zero issues with tracking or reporting.

Pros

We’ve been using TimeTrakGo for our 10-person team, and it has been fantastic. The software is incredibly easy to use, even for those who aren't particularly tech-savvy. Setting up time tracking, approvals, and reports is a breeze. What stands out the most, though, is the support. Whenever we've needed assistance, the support team has been quick, helpful, and professional. Overall, it's a great solution for time clock management, and I highly recommend it!

Honestly, I haven’t really found any downsides with TimeTrakGo.

Coming from a physical Time Clock software, I like that the employees are responsible for the equipment. It was a good transition and helped us save money.

Pros

I like the geofencing aspect of the software. The reports are customizable and show us what we need.

Cons

You cannot select which people to have Geofencing and not have. I wish there were an auto-clock-out feature if someone was working past a certain point.

### "Best Third Party Time Clock You'll Find"

My TimeTrakGO was easier to setup and use than other more well known time clocks. My emps love the app and how easy it is to use. And, they know exactly how many hours they will paid for on the next check. On the admin side, it's very easy to review and correct punches. Just don't forget to hit the save button after adjustments. The reports are all inclusive and calculate OT.

Pros

This timeclock was incredibly easy to setup. We used it the same day I set it up.

Cons

There are not many cons to this product. The one worth mention is the reports print several extra blank pages which is cumbersome and wasteful.

TimeTrakGO has been a game-changer for our time tracking needs. The simplicity of its graphical timecards makes it easy for our team to log hours accurately, and the mobile access with GPS tracking ensures that even our remote employees can clock in without hassle. The PTO tracking feature has also streamlined our process for managing vacation and sick leave, which used to be a headache with spreadsheets.

Cons

The biggest downside is the lack of integration with our payroll system, which forces us to manually enter hours. This adds unnecessary time to our payroll process and increases the risk of errors. Another frustration is the app’s heavy reliance on internet connectivity. If the signal is weak or goes down, tracking hours becomes impossible, causing disruptions to our workflow.

The process of getting setup and trained was smooth and informative.

Pros

It’s user friendly for my employees to log in and out.

Cons

As the administrator, I am counted as an employee and billed accordingly even though I do not clock in and out.

7/10 but would be 10/10 with some improvements.

Pros

facial recognition works very well and user friendly. best facial recognition app we found.

Cons

Feel for long term customers, cost may be slightly high \*higher than a lot of competitors especially if only using certain parts of the system. some reports only available in pdf. require these to be downloaded in excel some times. Also require some manager accounts that can see everyones times but are not able to edit. Most of these have been suggested to the development team. Some other slight improvements have been suggested previously also.

### "Disconnects at least 1x a week"

The main issue is the tablet disconnects due to "updates" and then it becomes useless for my employees at our client site in the mornings or at night.
