Flawless. This is used all day every day, sometimes 5 times and sometimes 10-15 a day.

Pros

It is super easy to navigate. Lots of extra features available if you need them, I used most of them daily

Cons

I can’t think of anything I do not like about this product. I would never want to use any other program

Pros

We loved the ease of this program and the ability to keep us organized. This also seemed to work well from multiple levels of use within in the ware house.

Cons

Occasionally there would be update that we wouldn't be aware of. This could cause a little bit of a problem (mainly weekends).

VIP has great customer service and offers many features to help a distributor run smoothly.

Pros

Cloud base so accessible anywhere including mobile devices. Web base ordering feature allowed selected accounts to order on their own directly. Integrated all warehouse functions such as pick list, pallets, and receiving orders. Seamless features from sales, merchandising, supervisors, warehouse, and drivers.

Cons

Unable to switch delivery days on web base ordering. Sometimes a break in communication from VIP when system would be down due to updates.
