Timetonic permet de construire des applications sans faire de ligne de code. Il se distingue de ses concurrent par une approche très métier et une application smartphone fonctionnant même sans connexion internet. C'est un outil très intéressant pour aider les entreprises dans leur transformation digitale.

Cons

Fonction de calcul interne limitée mais calculs avancés possibles avec les automatisations timetonic Excel

Timetonic is a very important work tool for project management and monitoring. its ease of use and flexibility allowed me to create and track worklists on the project.

A l’heure actuelle on se demande si ce logiciel est fait pour nous ? Est-ce qu’il ne serait pas trop puissant ? Personne ne l’utilise dans l’entreprise sauf moi. Soit on arrête soit on l’impose. On devrait savoir utiliser les bases pour après utiliser des fonctions ultra poussées (TCS, etc)

Pros

Le fait de réunir plein de tableaux en 1. Avoir tout de stocké ailleurs que dans les locaux de l’entreprise.

Cons

Trop complexe. Pas de tuto vidéo / pas de chaîne YouTube où pouvoir suivre des pas à pas qui nous aiderait énormément. Trop de choses possibles mais absence de connaissance des bases. Fonctionnement très complexe (formules, menu déroulants, etc).

Nous avons tout intégré dans Timetonic: Initialement utilisé pour faire des rapports d'interventions pour notre plus gros client nous avons par la suite ajouté tous nos clients puis intégré petit à petit toute notre organisation: ISO9001, notes de frais, facturation, commercial... Aujourd'hui en interne il est difficile de faire plus fluide et plus automatisé

Pros

Timetonic est complètement modulable Les carnets miroirs, vues conditionnelles, colonnes restreintes, droits d'accès... permettent d'adapter pour chaque type d'utilisateur Peut être lié avec d'autres logiciels pour automatiser certaines taches (ex: Zapier) Génération de documents et formulaires en automatique (qu'on créé sur mesure et qu'on peut modifier si besoin) avec bien sur la traçabilité intégrée

Cons

Rien de particulier. Il y a 2 ans j'aurais pu lister plusieurs choses, aujourd'hui rien en particulier.
