Pros

During my time as an intern/volunteer, I had the opportunity to use this platform to gain experience and shadow various therapists during the pandemic. Its minimalist appearance made it very user friendly and easy to use!

Cons

I don't recall experiencing any difficulties while using this platform so there's not much I can say to improve on. Love this platform!

Pros

ReadySetConnect is very user friendly, with a simple design and layout. This software is easily accessible through any device and hells keep appointments organized, while also providing as a source for clinicians to treat their patients online!

Cons

As a fairly new software, ReadySetConnect exceeds my expectations and does not have major flaws that one would expect from a smaller company.
