"An excellent, stable, convenient and intuitive system. Not without its drawbacks."

**Overall:** From the very start of my rental business, I chose Rentsist as my booking accounting system. Since then, a lot has changed both in my company and in the system. The fleet has grown from 6 units to 30. After switching to the new contract/offer builder system, things got way better. Overall, the support team has been awesome during this time. They're always available, solve problems, and take requests even from a small company like mine. Every year during the off-season, I review the offers that have appeared on the market and the new products, but overall, I cannot find a better combination of price, quality, and ease of replacement. Overall, this is not so much a classic CRM system as a booking management and fleet management system. However, it lacks the functionality required for either of these purposes. It is a simplified system that is easy to use, but not suitable for complex transactions or customer management.

**Pros:** A stable system; I can't remember any failures in five years. Everything works as intended, although sometimes you need to understand the logic. The display of the vehicle position is excellent. The system is evolving; sometimes it seems as if they hear your personal wishes and requests. Overall, it performs its tasks perfectly. Easy to train new employees. Customer support is great.

**Cons:** The API system does not allow simple requests from bots when working with group bookings. The design focuses more on aesthetics than on compactness and clarity of the booking sheet display. This is not critical when working from a computer with a large monitor, but it is problematic when using a phone. There is no mobile app, the web layout is adaptive, but when actually entering data, you have to tap on very small numbers/options. It is not convenient to work from a mobile phone. I would like to see an AI assistant working in text mode via messengers, but no one has promised this. Competitors are slowly coming out with something similar. No splitting of orders into multiple invoices for partial fiscalisation. No integrations with real CRMs for combining customer dialogues.
