However, I’ve had some issues with the payment platform and I'm still working on resolving them. I’ve used other platforms like HQ Rental before, and I think they are very different. Pros Easy to install and manage, plus it has a great price Cons The things I don’t like are: it's difficult to customize according to specific needs, bookings are automatically accepted even if no payment has been made, and when there's no availability, it doesn’t suggest the next available date or show the customer the availability. Amazing support, great onboarding experience, top-notch tool. Pros I don't know what's best: if RentSyst's Wordpress plugin, which is SO EASY to implement and no code needed... or RentSyst's amazing support team. The support team always replies within less than 2h, they are friendly and they actually solved the issues we were having within a very short period of time. I have to say that this was the best customer support I had in years! I'd be amiss if I failed to mention the pre-populated templates and easy-to-follow onboarding. RentSyst was able to make onboarding a new client very easy and fast, regardless of the customer's experience handling tech or software solutions. Cons Hard to say. It would be great to have more independence to style the different templates available. But this is really minor - I believe RentSyst has a great product, which makes onboarding to the platform very, very easy. I can say now that RentSyst is the one I like the most. It's easy to use. It's very easy to learn. especially for those without any former experience. I recommend it without any hesitation. For those who were used to work, like me, to other more complex programs, RentSyst is surprisingly easy to work with and very effective.
