Sometimes the D-tree changes get delayed to reflect, or do not reflect & admin view need to made more usefriendly

User view is good. But need to simplify further from admin standpoint.

Pros

Reports are simple and easy to understand.

Cons

The admin D-Tree creation page keeps changing as well as page gets blank wherein there is no prior information shared with us with respect to the changes or probable downtime.

· Authors found it easy to build and maintain the decision trees. · Users found it to be navigation-friendly – required information was present in a single page making the decision tree easy to comprehend. · Real time analytics present · Enhancement requests were proactively taken up by Kochartech tech team. The team rolled out the same in a couple of days and we were able to use the same on the product during the trial period. The manner in which the enhancements were rolled out – lesser TAT, efficiency & quality - made us confident of their team’s capabilities.

Cons

Not applicable. Features we were looking at were available in Knowmax.

Pros

this is clearly a great addition to our outsource team who have already seen massive improvements in AHT and QA scores.

Cons

I think there needs to be a quality team that can check for the clients language. Some key words are missing from our trees that change the meaning.
