cumbersome as the devil is in the details as described above. I do wonder why you haven't used Refiner for this survey.

Pros

It's straight to the point, immediate preview, some flexibility in terms of implementation (with email, dedicated page and more).

Cons

I would've wanted to just copy paste a well done questionnaire (.doc, .xls or even a Google Doc link and Refiner to leverage AI to generate a draft. Copy pasting question, explanation text, etc is cumbersome Translating one text at a time is also the worst at the moment. Generally speaking: lack: 1. flexibility in regards of matrixes 2. lacks numeric fields 3. doesn't connect to slack. Editing questionnaire could be easier:. I worked on a long one 50+ question and there's no way to search for a specific question, no question number i.e. Q1, Q2. UX wise: it's not evident that question can be dragged and dropped. Revealing one should close the other (or be a customisable setting). Accessibility in editing, preview and/or deliverable could be improve

Thanks a lot for the review, Kevin. As mentioned on the support channel, Refiner is designed for short in-app surveys. It’s not the best fit for questionnaires with 50+ questions, so I completely understand your frustration. For your use case, a tool like Google Forms or Typeform would likely be a better choice.

My overall experience has been excellent. I started using Refiner to collect in-app ratings, NPS feedback, and user insights, and it immediately helped me understand why my Google Play ratings were fluctuating. The dashboard is straightforward, the targeting logic is strong, and the insights are actionable. Refiner quickly became an essential part of my app workflow, and I use it across multiple apps now. If you're a solo developer or a small team, it’s one of the easiest ways to gather high-quality user feedback.

Pros

Refiner is incredibly easy to set up and use. As an indie app developer, I appreciate how quickly I could integrate surveys into both my iOS and Android apps—just an API key and I was ready to go. The templates are clean, customizable, and work perfectly inside mobile apps without breaking the UI. Survey delivery rules are also powerful, especially targeting specific user segments or events. Customer support is fast, friendly, and helpful whenever I have a question.

Cons

It would be great to have a few more modern survey templates or design customization options out of the box. Nothing major—everything works very well—but a bit more visual flexibility would make it even better.

Very value for the money The most I lied about Refiner is very easy to use And the reviews feedbacks was great

Our IT team needed a solution to measure customer satisfaction. We needed an easy-to-use, lightweight and inexpensive tool. Refiner matched these requirements perfectly. On top of that, customer support is outstanding.

Pros

Extremely good customer support - fast reaction, personal approach, customer-oriented solutions.Intuitive and effective features without any useless gimmick.Pricing is very accessible.

Cons

We use Refiner only to measure Customer Satisfaction. Can't specify any cons so far.

Pros

Refiner is a simple, yet powerful customer survey tool for SaaS companies. Their in-app NPS survey widget is beautifully designed and yields to much higher response rates than surveys sent by email. We also like the idea that they support other types of surveys. With Refiner we can ask our users any kind of question whenever we need more insights on a topic (e.g. product research).

Cons

It would be nice if Refiner could also send surveys by email as a backup.

Setting up Refiner was really easy and we got our first NPS feedback coming in within a couple of minutes. Compared to other NPS solutions, it's obvious that Refiner was designed to match the needs of SaaS companies.

Pros

We really enjoyed the flexibility of Refiner and the ease of use. It allowed us to run NPS surveys and ask customized follow-up questions. The integrations made it very easy to push NPS feedback to email marketing automation tool.

Cons

None I can think of at present. It has been really helpful.

The app is very intuitive and well designed. Our customers seem to enjoy the widget too with a very high response rate. The support was very good and we are happy customers.

Pros

Refiner allows us to run various types of surveys within our product and our websites. We initially started with a quick survey to better understand our users. We then started using it for customer satisfactions surveys and it's generating a constant stream of customer feedback since then.

Cons

There is no option to send surveys by email yet. According to their support this will be added though in the future.
