One of the best in this market. I am an intuitive learner and it was easy to discover the features and the things I want to do with this programe. Pros First of all I do like the construction part of a space. It's easy to use and you find enough 3d model to create a design. I like the kitchen and bathroom construction section because I can personalize the spaces I create. The quality of the renderings is very goo also. Cons I would like to have, after I design a kitchen for instance, the detailed plans with the measurements...it takes me quite a lot of time to introduce the measurements manually. I also would like the library to give me options of the same object, for instance if I search for a lamp. Helps visualize in a matter of a few hrs. The feature of creating videos of the entire room helps quite alot especially for a lay-man to understand. Cons 1) can't select all in just one drag or dragging! 2)Internal Library couldn't be edited when client asks for minor changes in it. 3)changing scale of materials not user-friendly like other softwires 4) have to wait for model uploads, no multiple upload feature! Pros Coohom helps my team and I visualize ideas in the shortest time possible. The coolest thing about using Coohom is the rendering time frame and process. Coohom has the most relatable models which makes it super easy to create designs with actual product samples. Cons Too pricy compared to competitors. There are still restrictions on some paid plans which points to the bait system of making money.
