Helps visualize in a matter of a few hrs. The feature of creating videos of the entire room helps quite alot especially for a lay-man to understand. Pros The render quality is quite realistic, the lighting setup is automatic. Cons Realtime lighting is very expensive. Secondly, it doesnt easily allow intergration of different wall heights. Switched from [Lumion](https://www.capterra.com/p/174874/Lumion/) The render quality is very realistic with minmum effort, lighting is automatic. Placement of ceilings, base boards, cornices is automatic. The program allows for 3d modelling internally. I get the benefit of generating construction drawings.
