Making an appointment is simple, taking payments too and QR codes are great. I only use Goldie for all of my appointements.

Pros

It’s simple. User friendly for consumers. I can put this application in french. The pro version save to me a lot of times.

Cons

We can't add our own gift card visual and we can't take 2 payment methods. I want change color of back office

It's a great service, have no issues at all so far except the layout of the diary page on the users side

Pros

Goldie is a great service really easy to set up and use, and love the 'price varies' feature, I checked out most of the other booking softwares and noone else was offering this, and as a business with bespoke prices for every service it really helped

Cons

I don't really like the layout of my diary on my side, I wish it was more easy to read at a glance instead of scrolling up and down to check a day and availability

Very easy to learn. My clients never have any issues when booking. Makes me feel good as a service provider.

The only bad thing I can say about goldie is that the you can’t instantly payout your balance unless you have the pro subscription

I think it works super well, my clients love it and find it easy to get around, love that it links in with google reviews etc l.

Pros

The set out of the system for my clients when booking, it’s nice and simple and you can add photos to each category to make it easier for them. I like the texts and email updates/reminders for my clients. It’s easy to navigate and works very efficiently for me.

Cons

The deposit link doesn’t work when I send it over text message. It doesn’t send as a url for them to click on, it’s just in regular text. I would like a feature for my prices to rise from a certain date. I am raising my pricing in June but everyone who has booked for then it’s the same price as before.

For links being clickable, this is a security feature by the phone manufacturers. Usually being added as a contact makes it clickable but not always. It is something we are working to improve.

So far my experience has been very positive. I run my tint business on Goldie and use it to schedule my appointments and automate my conversations with clients via text.

Pros

I love that it syncs with my Google Calendar so I’m able to see my personal and business appointments together at a quick glance.

Cons

The app can sometimes be a bit slow so I just close it and restart it and then it works just fine but that could also just be my phone.

Good thing is that it has Appointment automatic reminders. You can choose if the message is from your phone number or an automated number

Cons

Very tricky when trying to set up deposits. When requested the help I needed an AI email was received as a response.

What I liked most about Goldie was how easy it made scheduling and booking appointments. The app is very beginner friendly and helps keep everything organized in one place. I also liked the automatic reminders and messaging feature because it helped reduce no-shows and made communication with clients simple. It’s affordable for small businesses and saves a lot of time.

Cons

One thing I liked least was that some features are limited unless you pay for the upgraded version. Sometimes the app can feel a little slow or glitchy when updating appointments, and I wish there were more customization options for booking and client management.

Overall i really love goldie. pretty easy to use for the most part. i would absolutely recommend it to any and everyone !

i love that there are multiple amazing things that are offered. especially the marketing messaging that is included. and it is for an AFFORDABLE price, you don’t have to pay additional

the app can be a little hard to navigate sometimes. i’m also not necessarily the. biggest fan of the calendar set up on the app.
