Pros Standardized and simplified the base needs of our department. This software is allowing us to train and document growth in our technicians across the country without needing to be immediately in front of the individual or flying individuals across the country to participate in-house training programs. Cons The biggest challenge has been engaging leaders to be able to evaluate the team members and getting them into the right courses. This has been the biggest plague with the program. Evaluation and course selection. Maybe something Artificial Intelligence will be able to help TPC customize how evaluations and course selection is performed.
