So far pretty good, wouldnt change to a different platform because of the PSA integrations being so good.

Pros

This product makes it very easy to get "autopay" setup for clients, allows for pulling invoices from your PSA or your accounting software, and sends nag emails which result in much better AR numbers.

Cons

Frankly when there are issues related to the "account tokens" customers sometimes get detached from their billing or their invoices.

### "ConnectBooster makes it easy to get paid"

Overall ConnectBooster is well worth it! It has made it much easier to get payments from customers and has eliminated paper checks.

Pros

This greatly simplifies getting payments from customers. They can log into a portal, view and pay invoices, or setup auto bill pay.

Cons

There doesn't seem to be a way to enforce auto bill pay for certain items. Customers can set their own rules and thresholds. It would be great if there was a setting that said certain items had to be auto charged to a default method.

### "Disliked and not user friendly"

I work for a security company that uses booster and I want everyone to know, we dislike this program. Not only do our customers complain to us about the portal but also us... The employees who have to maneuver it on a daily basis. The Authy add on for "security" causes more problems and delays in customer service. Currently we have an employee that cannot find her back up password to her authy account (which is what BOOSTER REQUIRES) but no one from Booster can help? Not even to get us the right information to call or contact to retrieve a back up password? So because of this our employee cannot help customers. It's just absolutely ridiculous that you guys make us log into something just to log into something. One thing for them to have us use the Authy desktop version but then to take that away and make us have to have the authy app on our personal phone is just wild. Are you guys paying for phone storage? I would rethink this whole situation.

Pros

Nothing, customers dont even know how to add auto pay. Not user friendly

Cons

Pretty much everything. Customers do not find it user friendly.

Pros

The recovery of credit card processing fees.

Cons

I do not have any cons as of yet. My only issue had more to do with the Autotask tax settings.

### "Simple and effective!"

Pros

I love that I dont have to spend time tediously matching incoming funds to individual invoices.

Cons

I would like higher transaction limits to allow our larger clients to make payments using ConnectBooster as well as more options for automated payment plans/temporary payment agreements. Also, I would love to have ConnectBooster fully integrated within the Finance section of ConnectWise rather than signing into a separate website. I'm already in ConnectWise to create and send invoices, so collecting payments in the same application would be seamless.

### "Does Not Work As Advertised"

Overall, our experience with ConnectBooster was one of the worst vendor experiences I have ever had in twenty years of working in IT. The product was not only oversold and under-delivered, those responsible for resolving our problems behaved unethically and unprofessionally. Their third party payment processors are still withdrawing money from our bank account, months after canceling the service; we finally requested a stop payment from our bank.

Pros

We signed up for ConnectBooster to give our clients a unified billing and service portal that allowed them to give them visibility into the services they're buying, but to also see the value of that service and unify billable hours and services with the associated support & project management tickets.

Cons

The product does not work as advertised, period.Our time to get paid, which they advertised would be reduced, became extremely long. Clients who normally paid on time took three times as long. In one case, it took us three weeks to receive payment for an invoice after a client paid.We had an absurdly low transaction limit that prevented us from accepting payment for annual invoices and hardware purchases. The payment processors were unhelpful in resolving that limitation, and one executive openly laughed at us during a meeting to resolve it.Our clients had repeated errors in making payments, both via credit card and ACH. There were no errors that we could use to identify or resolve the problem, so we had to reach out to CB support.The platform was absurdly slow to respond and pages often resulted in Gateway Timeout errors. Information often had to be submitted more than once, creating duplicates in several instances.User management was a monolithic process that is difficult, non-intuitive, and created many of the above duplication errors, as the page often failed to respond when updating users.Users added by integration were automatically assigned roles from that integration, which did not necessarily reflect the roles they needed in CB. This resulted in employees gaining access to their employer's bank account information twice.

### "Overall Really Great Product"

Helps us to stay on top of notifying clients of past due balances and customize what we want to say to the. Also, the customer service is top notch. Honestly, it is better than any of the other vendors I deal with, they are always quick to respond and have a solution ready. I do not have to go back in forth with redescribing the issue and wait days for a response, like I do with nearly all of our other vendors.

Pros

Software is very user friendly and customizable. Love the custom alerts we can send to clients.

Cons

Occasional bugs or syncing issues, but that is to be expected with any software. Probably most common issue is somehow the autotask sync or quickbooks sync on an individual company level will get off and "create another entity" so when a client tries to log in it will not show any invoices. Not the end of the world though, once I am aware of it, it is a quick fix.

Pros

Connectbooster has allowed us to bring invoices and control to our client directly. This has saved us so much time and confusion.

Cons

While there are a lot of integration points, it would be nice to have SSO

Great experience and haven't found another product that works as well. We have been very satisfied for many years and their support team is very responsive and thorough in their assistance.

Pros

The ease of use for us to set up recurring payments from our clients for recurring agreements. We get paid quickly and when it is set up for autopay, neither party needs to worry about receivables or payables. We also love the fact we can give our clients the ability to pay their invoices online with minimal management on our end. This product has dramatically improved our receivables and cash flow.

Cons

I can't think of anything at this time that we don't like or would need improved. It seems like they are on feature requests and improvements in new releases.
