Overall: We have seen a measurable increase in phone calls and new business from getting more Google reviews with the help of Reviews For Revenue.
Pros: Reviews For Revenue was easy to use and implement for our IT consulting and computer repair business. We were able to gain more Google reviews for our GMB page in a few months of using the product than we had been able to get on our own over the course of 10 years prior to using the software.
Cons: I wish we had found it sooner so that we could have been getting reviews and new business faster!

Overall: Customer service rep is great! He was able to help us get more reviews from our customers than we would have on our own. We were exceptionally pleased with the fact that him and his team were able to obtain reviews from customers we did work for a year ago! Also, we looked into other products/companies, but those companies just took our money and didn’t do anything for our business! :/ Reviews for Revenue is the only company that we found provides the results they promise. Great product and service - highly recommend!
Pros: Easy to use and it even helped us recover reviews from our older customers!
Cons: I can’t think of any cons for this software.

Overall: Just trying to get the word out that we are the right company to work with, and letting your past and current customers tell that story is a great way to do just that.
Pros: Once I uploaded the contacts, I started getting results right away.
Cons: Probably anything having to do with data scrubbing sucks, but it's a necessary evil.

Pros: The rep is awesome! He goes above and beyond to explain things. My reviews went from 8 to 19 in just a few weeks.
Cons: Nothing. I honestly can't think of anything that I didn't like.
