Pros

Un CRM qui fait aussi les devis, les factures, le suivi d'encaissement, les docs commerciaux, le tracking d'email, etc.

Cons

L'ergonomie est un peu lourde et en même temps le logiciel propose beaucoup de fonctionnalités. Les réglages sont pas évident à faire au début, il faut être très rigoureux. Mais une fois pris en main, le logiciel est puissant ! C'est dommage de ne pas avoir une extension chrome pour brancher Karlia sur gmail.
