We can offer additional services that allow us to directly compete with the larger payroll companies. Pros The client interface and its ease of use is one of the most important aspects of the platform. Cons They could be stronger with API integrations. Reasons for choosing Apex HCM I chose Apex because of the overall capabilities they offer to us, the client facing interface, and the fact that they only sell to SBO's.
