My overall experience with Avokaado has been excellent. The platform is intuitive, reliable, and has streamlined how I manage contracts and documents. It saves me time, keeps my workflow organized, and gives me confidence knowing everything is handled in one place. Overall, it has added real value to my work.

Pros

Avokaado is a powerful yet easy-to-use platform that offers great value for money, especially for freelancers and small businesses. It streamlines the entire workflow from drafting and signing to managing contracts and documents all in one place. The interface is intuitive, customer support is responsive, and it saves me hours each week by keeping everything organized and professional. I would recommend the tool to most if not everyone.

Cons

So far, Avokaado has served me really well, and I’m yet to uncover a genuine con. The tool has consistently met my needs without any noticeable drawbacks.

Definitely value for money - Avokaado isn’t just a tool, it’s an essential part of our daily operations for almost 2 years now.

Pros

Avokaado has truly transformed our document management experience. The platform offers an intuitive and efficient flow that seamlessly combines approval, e-signatures, and secure storage - a game-changer for companies operating across multiple countries. New AI feature is really helpful to fill in and work with necessary contract data easy and fast. What sets Avokaado apart is its exceptional customer support team. They consistently go above and beyond, always listening to client needs and implementing meaningful improvements.

Cons

There is always space for improvement and I believe that Avokaado can implement soon online redlining of the word and xls documents. Also, would be nice to enhance UX reducing the necessity to jump from different views to perform some routine activities.

The inovative side of the product and approach to corporate documents drafting. The support team is excelent, safety and visual interface are modern and pleasing for users.

The platform is incredibly helpful for creating, managing, and automating contracts. Truly great service from Avokaado team.

Pros

What I appreciate the most is how simple and efficient the process of creating and editing contracts is, especially with automated templates. Makes the signing process easier. I also want to highlight the team – very responsive and always ready to help. Whenever I have a question or need support, I receive quick and helpful answers. Great user experience and excellent customer support!

Cons

Sometimes the platform can be a bit slow, but nothing critical. Everything else works great and overall, I'm very satisfied with the experience.

Overall, my experience has been great. I have multiple templates in Avokaado that I use daily, and it's easy to let others fill in and sign the documents that we require.

Pros

Avokaado makes it really easy to share, fill, and sign documents. As long as the templates are set up you just need to fill in the blanks, and add the person you wish to share the document with. Just select if you wish to let the other person view, edit or sign.

Cons

It takes time to make changes to the templates because only Avokaado itself can do it. So if there is ever a need, I will need to contact their team. And every now and then the platform doesn't open correctly (just some text on a white screen) so I won't be able to use it until it starts working again.

Overall, Avokaado has made our daily HR and legal processes much smoother. It’s reliable, user-friendly and a big improvement compared to the way we used to work in the past. Honestly, I can’t imagine going back.

Pros

I really appreciate the customer support, always responsive and helpful. The ease of use makes it simple to navigate, and the document signature function saves us a lot of hassle. Also, having everything in one place with document management saves a lot of time.

Cons

Sometimes the platform feels a bit limited when customizing templates. Overall, it hasn’t caused any major problems in our daily work.

I'm very satisfied with using the program. The entire structure is logical and understandable. There are many ready-made document templates available. The option to organize information into folders or groups to facilitate document management.

Cons

As a COO I really enjoy Avokaado, and that our team can save tons of time. I also value that it is really to explain the system to a new employee. And the final thing where you guys are really strong is customer support. Yes that one is truly magnificent. Kudos to that! Keep up with your great job!

Pros

We really like the possibility to manage our documents in a fast and effective manner. Adding Avokaado to our business operations allowed us to grow faster, while saving money on administration front

Cons

From time to time we face old template issues (meaning that some old templates were created), - and we try to live with those templates. But it is not avokaado issue. It is more us not reaching to avokaado support team, and not asking to update our templates.
