Everything was made extremely easy from getting started on to expanding and developing new applications by the excellent support provided by the Leantech team.

Pros

Customer service and support is excellent. Thrive is very easy to use and the ability to access information in virtually unlimited. Also the ability to expand and grow with different uses in unlimited.

Cons

While thrive works great on mobile browser, I would love to see an actual app developed. That would be my only real complaint at this time

Pros

Customer Service is #1. The ability to grow both for Thrive and my company as well are key. Our companies relationship has created an atmosphere for success.

Cons

The speed is key for all, continue to satisfy.The power of information is well worth our efforts.

Overall, it has been a great experience working with Thrive over the last year. They have great communication and are extremely accommodating to all of our custom needs. We speak with them weekly to go over any questions we have while still learning the capabilities of the software.

Pros

The price of the product in comparison to the quality is unbeatable. The team has great communication in regard to any and all questions or issues. Their response time is great. The software is extremely easy to use once set up for the user. The dashboard is easy to understand and visually pleasing.

Cons

The software is still growing and is missing small features, but you can get those things custom done by the Thrive team.

Very good. If I can't figure out a solution to something I am trying to create in Thrive, the team is always available to help me solve it.

Pros

Out of the box, it can facilitate most needs. If it doesn't, the Leantech team is very responsive and helpful with getting what you need.

Cons

This is very nitpicky, because they get the job done and it has been successfully deployed at my facility. But, I wish that the dashboards were a little more customizable. Specifically sizing for viewing on the production floor.

Reason for choosing Thrive

Thrive did not feel like a money-grab. Ease of use was good. The Leantech team felt like they were interested in helping us with what we needed and not like they were trying to get as much money from us as they could. During the test phase of the software, we were given full access to Thrive instead of the very limited access that the other companies gave us. The software had a solution to all of our needs. Their team is always available (\[sensitive content hidden\]) and I don't feel like I'm imposing when I ask for help. Very inviting.

All-in-all, very good. The Leantech team especially makes the product really easy to use. I would advise all customers to have at least a brief conversation with Leantech when implementing a new module/function in Thrive to ensure the customer is headed down the right path on their project.

Pros

Thrive combines the right amount of structured user interface with product flexibility. Its polished and intuitive interface is easy for users to understand. Adoption is a snap!

Cons

I really wish Thrive had multilevel sort in the grid. I also would like to see more documentation and examples in the help section.

Our relationship with THRIVE has been a true partnership in every sense of the word. THRIVE's greatest strength is their ability to create customized solutions from a strong base of their platform. Every step of the way they have partnered with us to understand our processes and needs, and to develop solutions that meet those needs.

Pros

THRIVE helped us move from a series of antiquated, disconnected databases to one interconnected Quality Management System platform with notifications, schedules, assignments, reports and dashboards.

Cons

THRIVE did not just hand us a 100% solution. We had to work with them to develop the system to meet our processes and needs. It is a lot of work, but together we have developed the systems to match our processes for a semi-custom solution.

Pros

Combines all my occupational safety, food safety, and quality assurance activities in one place. Thrive has worked with me to customize modules to match the our requirements for document control, audits, and inspections.

Cons

Sometimes the site can be a little slow to respond to updates. Some of the features are a little more complex and require customer support to help guide.

Pros

Thrive can adapt to your custom needs as a company, but also comes with many built in functions that are ready to be utilized. The customer service is fast and always finds a solution!

Cons

It does require some time to learn how to navigate, but this is also due to our company utilizing it for many different departments!

The Thrive technical support team is easily accessible and super easy to work with. They are very open to exploring and developing new ways of utilizing Thrive functionality to solve complex business challenges related to data processes and workflows.

Pros

Unprecedented functionality for the price. Strong customer service and product support. Great out of the box, but also highly customizable with and without tech support. Serves a wide spectrum of business functions. Robust notification functionality. Easy integration with other data systems.

Cons

The user interface is still a little clunky compared to other similar products but can't really complain for the price. Some graphical reporting limitations (primarily formatting) unless exported or integrated into other software such as Power BI.

Since 2012, Thrive has been and continues to be the best value proposition for the functionality it provides our organization.

I cannot say enough good things about the software. The software was first met with much scrutiny from many of my peers, but after a few years of use I have seen the biggest critics turn largest supporters. The flexibility of the system has met and exceeded our expectations and continues to meet our growing needs as a business.

Pros

Thrive's diverse toolkit unifies the many facets of manufacturing with ease. Thrive is the one-stop-shop for our organization for data management and reporting. The flexibility of the software has been amazing and has turned clunky daily tasks into streamlined processes with the help of the Lean Technologies Team. Amazing customer service, clear communication, and quick turn around on complex projects.

Cons

The largest room for improvement is for ease of use. The integration of launch pads to the home screen was one of Thrive's smartest moves. If the tasksets and projects were more streamlined for navigation both from a computer and tablet I believe that getting new users on our system would be a breeze.

Thrive is a very useful tool to have in your arsenal. It fills the gap that other ERP systems don't have or are cumbersome to implement. In Thrive it is easy to add what you need. If what you need is not available, their development staff is always eager to customize a module for you to fit your business.

Pros

It is easily customizable and simple to administer. The support team is always there to assist you with any questions and occasionally fix any issues found very quickly

Cons

Generally, no complaints about Thrive. If I had to pick something, the reporting module still needs a little work. The new version restricts the user from creating custom reports from scratch.

Thrive was a user-friendly application as well as very customizable for a small cost when we would do customizing with past companies it would cost a fortune and take a long time to get it completed.

Thrive worked one on one during the setup/training process. The Maintenace management system has had all the functions that we require, well thought out system right out of the box. Easy to use from administrative to technician interface.

Pros

Thrive has been a key part of our incident management and risk reduction for EHS. We also have all of our manufacturing equipment in the system to manage PMs and are starting to work on cost of ownership.

Cons

Almost too customizable if you don't have someone dedicated to it full time. I end up setting up most of the new areas within Thrive that we use and have to re-learn it each time. However the customer support is incredible and they do a lot of the work for us.

Our company is very pleased with Thrive and we constantly ask the question "can it be done in Thrive".

Pros

Ease of use and customization. The ability to modify and create custom fields that fit my company's needs. Customer support is quick and very responsive to questions. Thrive is used at several sister companies but is independent and does not have centralized corporate limitations.

Cons

Reports use SQL which can be difficult to navigate but the support team responds quickly when help is needed.

Thrive was recommended by sister companies.
